Hotel is very clean and also lobby is beautiful rooms are very clean Specially thank to Habib he is very caring person also he is meet me and ask about cleaning and supply his talking behaviour is very nice once again i am thankful to centro salama hotel and Habib inshallah i will come back soon

I used to come to jeddah a lot but this is the first time the company booked to me a hotel , it was really amazing from the reception team , housekeeping and laundry service also the guy who is responsible for gym and swimming pool they are all on a high professional standards , I travelled alot and stayed in many hotels in different countries and I can consider my experience here is a WOW 👌 👏

Great team providing personalised service across all touch points. Starting from Mohamed & Ziyad at Reception, Ahmed from Laundry, Usman from housekeeping, the breakfast room & coffee shop team and all!

The staff is genuinely friendly and supportive. The cleaning staff, in particular, is outstanding. Naeem is a great guy, and he provides excellent service. He took care of my room efficiently and in a timely manner.

Excellent hospitality specially the front disk. They were super nice and tried their best to make you feel like home. The desert in the room service need to improve. This is my sixth time in the hotel and will come again.
