Room was spacious and daily cleaning services were good, I liked the clean smell after they cleaned it. The conditions of the hotel are not great. I have stayed at this property before, 5 years ago. There are spots with mold, shower doors did not close properly, AC was barelyworking, fan was very noisy and mattress feels like it should have been replaced 4 years ago.

We spent a couple of days in September, we were in a long trip and decided to do a stopover in Jaú to refill our energies. The hotel is very cozy and service was great ( considering post Covid times). During our stay we felt very comfortable and safe with Covid protocols. I recommend!

Hotel construído em estilo colonial, muito bacana! Quarto amplo com ar condicionado bem silencioso. Cama grande e confortável. Só não gostei dos travesseiros. A piscina deveria ser climatizada/aquecida para ficar à altura do padrão do hotel e os hóspedes poderem aproveitar mais. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Comemos uma boa feijoada média que serve 3 pessoas. Só o torresmo que não gostamos. Tem uma academia boa, mas não utilizei. Recomendo esse hotel.

Com certeza o melhor hotel da região! Desde o atendimento, até a limpeza dos quartos. E o que falar da decoração? Simplesmente impecável! Comida excelente. Um ambiente muito familiar. Você se sente em casa mesmo. Funcionários absolutamente bem treinados. Um hotel como poucos.

Apenas senti falta de mais arbustos ou arvorezinhas perto da piscina para sombra ao meio dia
Os guarda sois não estão em muito bom estado!
Em nada atrapalhou nossa estadia e uso da piscina ..apenas uma observação

O hotel tem ambiente muito agradável e atendimento muito bom. Nem todos os quarto tem AC split e a estrutura em si é mais antiga, porém não falta conforto. O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar, principalmente na variedade dos alimentos.

O Hotel Vila Real, com certeza, é um dos melhores hotéis do Brasil! Melhor em atendimento, custo-benefício, limpeza, alimentação, infraestrutura belíssima e muito bem conservada. Tudo perfeito! Quem não conhece, vale a pena conhecer acredite!
