Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Prachtig hotel aan een heerlijk strand! Zeer vriendelijk personeel!

I really liked this hotel. The staff were nice, the food was very good and I had a good room. The pool are looked nice, but I went down to the beach, preferring to swim in the sea (January).
The immediate are round the hotel is not bueatiful, but inhad a car and was doing some walking.
My only otther gripe was that I was offered an ugrade for a room with a view of the sea. The sea view was not brilliant, and probably not worth 3o Euros per night.

Have made numerouse return visits to the Royal Palm since it opened and have no complaints regarding our stays. Hotel is fabulous and the food is particularly good.
However, whilst I appreciate we have to undertake a transfer form the airport these transfer journeys leave a lot to be desired due to the interminable wait at the airport for the buses to leave together with the drop offs and pick ups en route.

It was very hot and the a/c hardly worked. We called maintenance and were told it was the best it would get! The room was unbearably hot/humid even with the patio door left open
Food was ok. Same breakfast everyday

Absolutely stunning! Great staff and immaculately clean. Great resort to unwind and enjoy the sun, heat and ocean. The resort has access to the best beach on the island.
