The Fern Residency Karad

Used this hotel for overnight stay on our Journey. Location - Right on highway, so perfect for a stay during long journeys Room - Opted for a Winter Green Room which has a King size bed with an addtional bed for Kid; Room needs some maintenance as some part of wall paper had started peeling off and door bell was not working, however Bed, AC & everything else was very good Amenities - Nice Swimming pool, Gym, Wifi, In room dining facility and a restaurant - all very well maintained Restaurant - the food served was delicious and with a decent portion size. Akash 2 the restaurant was very helpful Very good staff - Pranali / Nilesh for booking & reception, Sagar - Bell boy, Vijay - Housekeeping Overall a very nice and safe hotel for a comfortable stay

We visited at the fern karada at riverside cafe today the service team was very attentintive specially saurav , saddam. And Abhijit was great service has make our evening was memorable specially they provide jain food was very good keep it up .

Room was clean and Shubham Lanjekar made all efforts to make the stay comfortable. Overall stay was awesome. Check in went smoothly. Ample car parking space. Just on highway. That was a plus point. Wifi was working great. Breakfast was good.

One of the best hotel with good & humble staff. Painting & Maintanance is required in the room. Food is good breakfast is ok. Curtains is required in the restaurant as direct sunlight is coming on table and it is very difficult to seat and eat breakfast. I already informed staff regarding this and they also agreed and so many guests already raised this issue but till today management not yet taken initiative for curtains in the restaurant. They keep only 2 water bottles (500ml) each as a complementary in the room. But in this summer season people want a more water bottle (minimum 4 bottles of 500 ml) I asked for water bottle in the night and I got sealed broken bottle. I think it’s a RO water. I like to suggest that when customer is asking for the water bottle don’t give RO water u can charge it but give proper sealed water bottles. Front office staff is really good, when I complained them regarding water bottle issue they apologised and they made a beautiful towel flower design with a letter. Restaurant staff is good. Housekeeping staff is great, special thanks to Vijay, Abhijit & Harshal for making beautiful towel art. They have a car washing facility with extra money and the guy who is doing the car washing he is really taking a extra care of the car. Overall experience is excellent. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to all the staff who made extra effort to make my stay comfortable.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable.overall staff is very helpful especially housekeeping team Harshal is doing great as the cleanness of room wash room is very perfect. Also very polite housekeeping staff also I am extending my stay due to the this type amenities.
