the hospitality provided by the property is commendable. the staff are courteous, polite, neat, helpful and approachable. I categorically like mention the name of Ms. Pema Tamag, Trainee and others as Debashish ***dal, Devi Chhetri, Abhijeet for hosting a wonderful experience in the whole stay. I do highly recommend this property for stay and if you want a rendezvous with the nature.

Excellent service Delicious food Ground is Excellent and we played a cricket Matches all members are quite happy there is also good park for children Toy train and more amenities Swimming pool but swimming pool was closed we didn't not enjoyed .

Quality time we spend with my company colleague and bosses. We play cricket and injoy lost.. pool experience is best. I highly recommend guys is one of the best place for spending time with family and friends. Yes food is very lesty and hotel stap are very helping and polite.

Good behaviour, excellent ambiance, nice gesture. Overall fantastic. Great food, they are very conscious about us. Every person in the restaurant is asking about the food quality we have ordered. Even the other staffs are very responsive.

Company Conference!! Our well coming was excellent!! Food was authentic and tasty with healthy collection.Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are huge big .Clean and aesthetically decorative with the linen . Housekeeping staffs are very punctual, polite and ready to provide their services during odd hours.Always ready to render there services whenever required. Other facilities like swimming pool,Spa available in all time.We all enjoyed. All these services and facilities are very easy to get in a second by com***d of Mr.Sanjay and Mr.Suraj . Really they are assert of these property. We are making next program soon. Thanks Sinclair ***agement Team.

We have have done an 3 day offsite of 65 partners and it was really a great experience. The rooms were clean and amazing, the staff service was quick and really well. The banquet facility was great, the staff here is doing an exceptional job so polite and kind. Our guests were heartfelt by the hospitality of the staff. Just one suggestion for the property keep a few extra buggies for the travel from the lobby to rooms, thou they helped us in arranging extra vehicle on a chargeable basis. This wont be any issue if travelling in small groups. Special Mention to the staff, Topo, biswadeep, pema, Dipak. Special thanks to the the GM also he was super supportive in all the arrangements. Thankyou soo much for such great experience.

Our SInclairs Dooars Resort Chalsa visit was awesome and fruitful 🤠🤠 Welcoming of nature beauty of Krishna chura flowers of the green carpet garden and big lawn was really awesome and heavenly feeling.🤠 The rooms are cleaned with sufficient amenities.Beds are so comfortable & 4 person can accommodate.Well maintained room as well as property. The food was authentic tasty and healthy.Specially morning breakfast display was exllent and choose able variety. We spent full day in spa and swimming pool. The housekeeping staffs behaviour and services was exllent.Mr Sanjay -GM and Mr Suraj - HK ***ager was friendly and helpful . We will recommend our friends 🤠🤠
