Ramada Encore by Wyndham Jalandhar

I had an incredibly stay at Sarover hotel the hospitality was on the top. The hotel was luxurious and food quality are awesome. The hotel attentions to detail combined with its excellent amenities truly made it a it a delightful stay. Looking forward to visit again.

Good room with adequate amenities and located in the centre of Jalandhar City. Staff was friendly and attentive however bf menu can be improved. Overall a good hotel to stay in

I have been to many hotels but I can say that the service of the staff over here is far much better than others. Although the hotel looks quiet shabby now but the staff is doing it's best to maintain the things. Front office staff is understanding and housekeeping staff is putting their efforts to maintain the things. Haven't used much of the restaurant but the breakfast is decent. Overall a good stay for short period.

Wonderful service given by housekeeping and front office staff Location is excellent. Food was good. Amenities were good. Overall service was good. Warm and polite staff. Aruna from front office mahesh from housekeeping were very helpful during my stay.

Not good for corporate. Lack in food quality. Not recommend if you are health conscious. Place is good for functions and marriage parties it seems but totally miss on corporate handling. No one to help with luggage No courtesy of customer handling.

Excellent service exceptional customer service, with the commitment to making our stay comfortablefood is good and staff is good and room are very neat clean. Special thanks to Aruna she is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

This is my 1st time staying at the Ramada Wyndham with my elderly mother and must say was impressed with the service from the Balraj, his communication and assistance in arranging things is comforting and his style manages to trickle through to all the staff, the rooms are fine for Jalandhar perhaps a little small but we did fit 3 people in their no problem, they/he got the room cleaned everyday and the rug as we have dust allergies and one of us has severe asthma which I appreciate. In fact I rate this better than the other Ramada and even the Radisson as this is more to a quainter building it's more closer to Model town and the large Mall is around the corner. Breakfast has a great selection and it's not to crowded the staff there again are wonderful in terms of making things fresh, the restaurant is also very nice for lunch and dinner too and offers an extensive of selection on their menu. In fact I am staying here currently for approx 2 weeks and will definitely be staying here again in the latter part of this year. What makes this place is the genuine Hospitality and service from the staff it's not over bearing and it's not rude either a simple smile is a thousand positive words. The rooms and carpet are perfect for the price points one pays. My only cons is the lift is a little slow apart from that these chaps and chapess' have hit the ball out of the park.

Mattress are extremely soft, got severe back pain after that. Food doesn't taste good. Windows are closed, feels suffocating at times. Receptionists are supporting Servicing is good Ambience of room is good but they must install some lights infront of mirrors so that the other person can see there face properly.

Satisfactory only Sanitation in rooms was poor Cleaners need training as remnants of hair in shower from previous occupant was present and not cleaned even after request . The rooms were dusty and not cleaned well; towels were threadbare I feel it is not the cleaners fault but the volume of work that they are given which reduces the standards as they are forced to skimp Noise from events and lack of sound proofing made the stay worse Request for a room change were dismissed by one of the receptionist I sensed apathy in staff and lack of motivation in Reception There were very good staff like Sachan in the breakfast lounge who worked tirelessly to help the guests and meet their food requests The friendly *** who cleaned reception and guided me via stairs on first day was always a joy to see The ***agement team helped with printing and luggage weighing I stayed at another hotel nearby a few months previous and had a totally brilliant experience where staff could not do enough to accommodate guests and standard of cleanliness and food selection was so much more superior and the cost of room was similar Overall this hotel is in a good location and in satisfactory condition but could improve significantly and benefit from its prime location by addressing the concerns of its guests to encourage them to rebook The first impression needs to be stellar for guests to inspire immediate confidence and security with motivated and accommodating reception staff
