Note that it is not possible to park your car near the hotel as it is inside the fort. You have to pay park at fort parking and then take Rs.100 auto. Making it clear as it was not mentioned on hotel booking site I used. Booked a room for 4 adults. Room was definitely not big enough for all. No hot water. When asked, the owner put water heating on, but it looked a long time and water wasnt hot enough. Ordered aloo paratha in the night - took a lot of time (though was made fresh), but there was no filling in it. It was quite cold and there was only one blanket. Owner gave additional blankets quite reluctantly. The owner's partner was smoking sitting at the reception - note that the place is quite small, so it can get suffocating. Bathroom and toilet hygiene was very basic. The owner helped with the luggage transport from main square. Living inside the fort has its advantages as you can experience life in India's only living fort (we walked around in the night). And also experience sunrise and sunset from good cafes and other locations. This review is based on the price paid (which wasnt cheap)
