Room is small for 3 adults. No intercom. Extra money for mattresses no space. I need to pay additional money.

My two-night stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met throughout my visit. The food at the restaurant was consistently delicious, with a wide range of options. The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch experience.

The hotel is relatively new and lacked various facilities such as no intercom was available in the room. Moreover, various small things were missing in the room which had to be requisitioned from reception like dental kit, shaving kit, toilet paper roll, tissue papers, iron & iron board, slippers, set-top box & tv channels. Parking is limited to two slots only in the front of the house.

Our stay at royal rawal was nice, staff is well trained and very supportive, food is excellent best part is food is been prepared at time or order no previous storage.

A new property, rr is a good stay for 1 night. Rooms are being developed so few things are missing like a mirror in a room, sufficient light in the washroom, soap stand in washroom, intercom and mini bar. Moreover the washroom was dirty but promptly attended to when informed to ujwala, the helpful front office executive. She offered an alternative on the 3rd floor but the room was damp. Breakfast was fresh and tasty but lacked variety, only sandwich, idli and omelette. Preponing breakfast timings will be very beneficial for early travellers. Rr has a lot of scope given its location. A little investment will help improve the conditions.

There is no intercom facility and there is not much food available, carelessly they threw my things after my checkout without even asking, i called them next day to collect they called me to hotel and said this
