The place is horrible, terrible neighborhood and really dangerous. I had to find another hotel.

Air conditioner not working. It was a horrible experience. When I told the manager that I have to complain, he was laughing and said “ please do whatever you like!”. I should get my money back. It was too late otherwise I would have moved to another hotel.

Excellent location and wonderful (historical) building.
Comfortable room, great bathroom, good breakfast.
The personnel is friendmy and helpful.
The concerts inside the courtyard/restaurant are nice and I was nicely surprised to see how quiet it is in the room nonetheless.
The negative side is the price. Very expensive, even to stay in a historical han.

klimalar şubat ayında olmamıza rağmen çalışmıyordu, arkadaşım ve ben çok üşüdük. sabah yan taraftan son ses müzik sesi geliyordu asla uyuyamadık. sabah kahvaltıda yoğurt yoktu en temel gıdalardan biri olmasına rağmen yoğurt sorduk yok dediler.

Albergo antico di 300 anni fa,bello pulito ,musica dal vivo prezzi accettabili e posizione in mezzo al bazar ,ci ritorneremo,complimenti x lo staff e la direzione ,il proprietario è gentilissimo un saluto speciale al mio amico Serkan (king of ladies) .

訂了一個人的標準間 後來補差價定了三人間。可是酒店衹給一個房卡 多要房卡還需要付按金。前台一個男的工作人員毫無服務意識 其他工作人員還不錯。房間是沒有向外的窗户的 意味着沒有陽光。地理位置還不錯 就在集市裡麪 離機場三十分鐘車程

What a great entrance from the bazar! It was like walking into another world 🌎- our room is great- literally just perfect with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed…wish we were staying longer! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious- the staff, love music, and atmosphere made it a night to remedy❤️💯

The staff are excellent and really helpful. The hotel itself is really nice also, with a large courtyard dining area. Menu food was tasty “although some local desserts would have been preferred” the free buffet type breakfast was a bit disappointing and basic. “No cooked meats available, but chicken nuggets available which we found to be a strange breakfast choice” The water did go off once during our 4 day visit, but the staff managed to get it back on within 1 - 2hrs. The live music which is on every evening between 20:00 - 23:00 is good, however, be aware the rooms have zero soundproofing, so it would be impossible to sleep before 23:00. The hotel is situated in the middle of the main Izmir Bazaar, with one entrance being next to the main fish market area, so be aware it does smell of fish accessing the hotel from one side. Our biggest dislike was smoking, which was permitted throughout the hotel, it was impossible to escape 2nd hand smoke whilst relaxing or eating in the hotel. (Smoking by Staff & other Diners)
