One of the best hotels I stayed in in ages. While it’s a four star hotel on paper, it’s really a five star plus hotel in terms of service and attention to detail. Everything you need for an excellent stay is graciously provided. Everyting looks and feels brand new. There is a flat plan android TV in your room. A small but very efficient fitness room with pretty much every equipment you may need downstairs. Staff is very attentive and professional. You can easily access IZBAN (Izmir rail) and Izmir’s largest mall Optimum via a short 10 min walk from the hotel.

This was our 4th stay at the Hotel for 1 month duration this time & came by car from the U.K. it was as always a consistent level of 5 * service with good secure parking. The staff in all areas are always polite & welcoming with special thanks to Mrs Mehbare who always ensures our stay is comfortable & nothing we require is too much trouble. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping staff especially ( Mrs Songul ) who kept our room spotless and the Hotel which was always very clean. The breakfast was always plentiful with a good selection & pleasant staff. Thank you Mia & hope to see you soon.

This was my first visit to the Hotel my wife & son have been a few times previously it was as described to me a lovely room, very helpful friendly staff & great location. The cleaning staff do a very professional job keeping the Hotel & rooms spotlessly clean I would highly recommend this Hotel it is a 5 star business. Thanks and will be back

My wife stayed for nearly a month having stayed previously it never disappoints another perfect stay staff, cleanliness, location & quality of food nothing is to much trouble would definitely recommend

Hotel çok güzeldi. İzmirde uyuduğum en iyi uykuyu uyudum :-)... Tek olumsuzluk cam şişe su ücretli, plastik şişe su ücretsiz bilgisini çıkışta öğrendik... Keşke check in yaparken söyleselerdi ona göre hareket ederdik... Onun dışında 10 numara otel... Teşekkürler mia...
