It good for holiday

We loved it. Our bed was big enough. There where coocking options, pans, ect. Bed, bathroom, all was clean when we came.

Our room was extremely unclean and there was an abundance of mould in our shower which caused a gross smell. Location was good with easy public transport nearby. There was also a delicious patisserie around the corner!

The hotel does not have staff during out-of-office hours to help the guest, They lacked the ability to communicate in Spanish. Toward Paris the area is very safe, leaving the hotel to the right there was an unsafe environment

The hotel canceled my booking saying my visa credit card is invalid. They did that after three times I updated my card and even after I added another card. The surprise happened when I contacted my Danish bank to ask about the reason and they said they cannot find ANY failed transaction related to my booking in the history of my transactions. That probably means that the hotel has canceled my reservation without even trying to process the transaction. Even worse, when I contacted the hotel, they behave very rudely saying it is my fault not their problem. As you can expect, they also suggested booking again which was now ~60% more expensive :(((

Wasn’t sure once booked after reading the reviews but to our surprise we had a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable with clean bedding.you need to understand it’s not a hotel so don’t expect room service etc but for self catering you have everything you need including a stove, utensils, microwave and dish soap and sponge etc. bathroom was small but enough with shower gel etc and toilet paper. Yes they don’t replace towels but we asked for more and they provided. You can ask for cleaning of the room which is charged a bit extra. We stayed for 5 days and had no problems. The male receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English. The only negative I can say is it can get a bit noisy as there is some store in front with vehicles loading/unloading.

First, Check the photos of my review. Second, My check out was on a Saturday and the staff works only until 12.30 PM on Saturdays, so I went on Friday asking them to have a late check out, they told me to pay 65 euros for extra whole night if I want late check out, and on Saturday morning another staff member charged me only 20 Euros for 4.00 PM check out. It's so clear that the first staff was dishonest and he knew that I had a family and nothing to do, except paying watever he would say. BTW, No luggage storage room, the staff may keep your luggage till 7 PM on weekdays but for weekends no options. Third, TBH, Rooms were good and very well designed, and the hotel is few steps from 2 bus stations (Vector Hugo- Bretagne and Jukes Vanzuppe). Also Carrefour and some local super markets and restaurants are so close. Finally, This is a low budget hotel, and too far from city center and close to a small garden full of 🐀. Check your priorities well and get ready for unpleasant surprises.

Very clean and public transport easily accessible with a carre four supermarket 3 mins walk. We loved the kitchette of our studio accomodation great feature meant we coukd have breakfasts and orepare lunch picnics during our stay. Shallow shower tray was unusual so had to be teally careful not to flood bathroom floor. Very friendly receptionist. During hot weather room uncomfortable as no airconditionibg although we bought a 45watt floor fan from local supermarket. As a suggestion it might be a good idea to offer guests to rent a fan for a nominal fee ? Perhaps also a guest pack of how to book youd public transport ticket, also which bus number and which metro ststion to take you into paris would also be useful to have. All in all we were exceptionally pleased with our stay and eoukd recommend to others thank you

no service,once a week for clean When I asked for towel they refuse me, I strongly suggested they put more people to work.
