I found a bed bug and made sure to video it. The manager moved us to a different room but didn’t offer to have clothes washed or even offer plastic bags.
I actually caught it in a tissue but was stupid and have it to her. She tried to tell me when she opened it it wasn’t in there. Pretty sure she got rid of it on purpose.
I started asking other employees if they have had problems with bed bugs before and was told yes by several. The manager lied and told us it has never happened before. I got zero compensation.

We have stayed here many times and it is a good value for the villas. They do not clean the rooms every day however. We were there for three nights and they didn't clean it once.
In addition, I was disappointed that they have cut back a lot on the class offerings. There used to be a lot more selection in past stays. I was told that there is not the demand for them anymore. Most of the activities are expensive such as guided hikes, personalized sessions and these are in addition to the resort fees, inclusive fees etc.

With very few guests on property, staff assigned me to a least desirable room with no view, next door to a snoring neighbor. Also, the fitness center was closed.

Beautiful location. Amazing mountain backdrop. Close proximity to Touacahn Amphitheater and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Very comfortable and crisp.

I was there for a quick business trip visiting a client that lives in the Snow Canyon area. I was across the street from Entrada, so proximity was the main reason for choosing to stay there. I have been to St. George dozens of times but never stayed at Red Mountain. I think I will only stay at Red Mountain going forward and next time my wife is joining me. The place has a great vibe and with the Spa and other activities, I can’t wait to go back and utilize what Red Mountain has to offer. The rooms were clean and cozy and the atmosphere was incredible. Bravo Red Mountain!

We love this little place. 2nd time we've stayed here and both times it's awesome. Quiet, comfy, very relaxed. Staff are all friendly, and kind. If you're going to Tuachan. This place is about 4 minutes away. You can be back to your room before the theater empties.

Such a beautiful location. We did some biking and hiking in Snow Canyon—so convenient. We loved the pool and serenity of the property. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. This was a get away for our anniversary. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
