Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff, location was excellent, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is 1st class, this is my second stay here and it won't be my last, I can't recommend this hotel enough five star hotel with five star staff

Staff are just great 24 hours available to help Clean rooms Hot water New hotel Very safe area Very good breakfast fair to satisfy Near to metro station ( main station) just 50 meters Tram station about 8 minutes walk buses stop just 100 meters Near to a lot of restaurants & snack food

If there is less than 1 star i will give less, i found twice rotten food on breakfast, i found it first on the turkey slice i wish i took a picture, the second time was on a piece of cake, the bedsheets had some hair and i think chocolate, i called them to change and they did, but it shouldnt be the situation in 4 stars hotel, some of the staff are very kind and some of them you feel they just want you to vinish.i really hated the stay.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I wish I could give 0 stars, I don’t even know where to start. Lying and aggressive staff Pictures are deceiving, booked through Agoda where it shows a balcony. Got to the hotel, there was no balcony . The worker who took us to the room called reception from our room, I asked about the balcony, was advised there are no rooms with balcony. I asked if I could have a refund if we left, receptionist said yes. 5 minutes after being there, we checked out. Again I asked if we will have a refund, receptionist asked me to message the hotel through Agoda and he will personally refund. After leaving the hotel and going back and fourth with the staff, I was told they don’t donate money ( I asked for a refund not a donation) I asked why promise a refund, make me book another hotel if they were not going to do it? I went back to the hotel and one of staff tried to grab me and drag me out of hotel. Absolutely disgusting, shame on you!!!!!

What an unassuming hotel but excellent quality. Clean, very comfy beds, lovely choice of continental breakfast items Rooms compact and no view if you want quiet, but amenities first class (coffee, water, soaps and tooth paste/brush etc.) Location on a side street but off a main road with plenty of bars and eateries. Very near taxi rank and metro station Staff very helpful

Ottimo hotel posizionato nelle vicinanze di due metro più a 150 metri tram per arrivare al centro città. Camere ben pulite e cambio di asciugamani tutti i giorni personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa colazione continentale

L hotel est tout neuf, tres bien situe a aksaray proche de tout a pied et tres propre ,les matelas sont tres confortable,le personnel est tres agreable et souriant ,le petit dejeuner est tres bon ,les chambres du haut sont tres bien ,confortables ,la piscine est toujour pleine et le sauna est super.

Dopo 7 soggiorni ad Istanbul un hotel veramente confortevole. Camera comoda e bella, anche se un pò piccola e senza una vista panoramica, SPA ottima (entrambe pulite e curate), ottima colazione. Personale estremamente gentile ed amichevole, in particolare Youssuf della reception e i proprietari che si fanno in 4 per agevolarti durante la permanenza. Posizione comoda (2-3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Yenikapi) e 2 stop dal Gran Bazar.

Segunda vez en este hotel tipo boutique, su personal es muy amable y servicial, ambiente familiar. Limpieza muy buena. Habitacion confortable y relacion calidad/precio excelente. Cerca de las principales atracciones, puedes ir caminando o con tranvia . Desde IST airport muy facil y economico para llegar en metro, la parada está justo al lado del hotel. Desayuno muy completo. Volveremos!
