房間很乾凈，一打開門進去就被温馨乾淨的氛圍暖到，前台小哥Ozgur服務超級好，我諮詢怎麼坐船坐公交那些他都很耐心給我回答，不知道的還會上網幫我查。早餐也很棒，一個人是吃不完的那麼豐盛的大餐，葷素搭配營養均衡，要是需要煎蛋可以另外提出哦，總之5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

非常滿意的入住體驗，酒店地理位置絕佳去哪裡都方便，周邊有伊斯坦堡著名的聖索菲亞和藍色清真寺等，非常多的餐廳。
酒店房間乾淨舒適有提供洗漱用品，早餐超級豐富品質上乘。酒店所有服務人員都特別可親有家的感覺，尤其是前台小哥熱情温暖的幫助，介紹了好多性價比高的遊玩項目和當地人喜歡光顧的餐廳使我們度過了美好的假期時光。

Very good service from the staff! They gave recommendations on where to eat, how to navigate the city. Really appreciate their help. Would want to stay here again.

Good hotel and comfy beds. Location is at hilly area and will be hard. There is a metro station nearby. Staff were kind to carry luggages as there were some staircase.

The hotel was the same as in pics provided by the hotel.
It was close to everywhere and the breakfast was like in the pictures and the lady was wonderfull as well as the reception men.

The road leading to the hotel is very narrow and the driver had a very hard time navigating the hotel. The location is also not very pleasant. For the price, it’s quite okay. If you’re a budget traveler, you can go for it… the kindness of the staff makes up for everything else.

This is a hotel near the sea, offering warm service, and it’s very clean. The owner, Tuna, is very nice. I am very willing to stay here again.
