The staff was nice and helpful , and the condition of the room was generaly bad the bed was bad for my back , but generally it's a good hotel for the money value ,and tbanks to the staff for their kindness.

Clearly the best hotel in avcılar, probably even in entire Istanbul as far as proximity to shopping, food as well as affordability and friendliness of staff is concerned. Thank you

I travelled to Istanbul for a business trip and needed a low-cost no-frills hotel with great transport links. This was an ideal Hotel. A little noisy from the streets outside but nothing major. Breakfast wasn't to my liking but there are 4 or 5 nearby places I could choose from. In the evenings, I could visit the next street over which had great choice of restaurants, shops and tea places.

Very friendly and professional staff, speaking multiple languages Arabic English and Turkey ... They were always responsive and supportive and the hotel was very clean. I was very happy during my staying and thanking the staff.

I got a very speedy response from Docan on the route to hotel , room facing and even after arrival he arrange someone to walk me to the Metro , excellent service and recommendations on the way to the beach...overall great experience for the stay

2 gün için gitmiştik. Otel merkezi konumda. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Biz 3 bayan kaldık ve her şeyden önemlisi hiç rahatsız edilmedik. Sadece kahvaltı salonu günün koşullarına uygun daha konforlu olabilir. Muhammet beye ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Bu otel çok güzel! Çok seviyorum! Odam her gün temizlendi. Kahvaltı her sabah lezzetli. Her şey çok iyi. Bu otel tekrar kullanacağım.
