Buhara Hotel

Location was good, TV was not working TV remote was not working either, there was water all over the floor from the defrosted fridge, we told them but they didn’t clean so the rug soaked it up, there were no power points near any of the beds, had to do everything by the sink because that’s where power point was, we told them many times that there were no toilet paper but that was ignored as well. The view out the window was supposed to be city view but all you could see was a rundown house full of rubbish

Номер был оборудован стиральной машинкой, электрической плиткой и духовкой, а также холодильником. К сожалению, не было туалетной бумаги и чайника, а так же вилок и ложек, в то время как были тарелки и стаканы. В целом всё очень неплохо.

We went with friends, it's a very good hotel, whether it's the kindness of its employees or taking care of customers, it's very good, thank you very much for everything, we were very pleased with everyone

This property is advertised as a hotel but infact it is an apartment so the name is misleading, there is no room service, you have to clean the room yourself, towels never got changed and once the toilet roll runs out you have to buy your own, its a family ran block of apartments the family is helpful, speak little english so sometimes was difficult to communicate. There are no baby cots. The location is ok, it about 10-15 min walking distance going uphill to get to the blue mosque. Overall i wouldnt stay there again, i would rather pay more and stay at a proper hotel with room service.

The worst hotel ever. It was extremely disgusting and dangerous (wire which was loose). We didn’t stay there and booked another hotel. I need a refund on this.

It was a cute room, comfortable bed but they didn't include breakfast like it said it does. They were also supposed to provide bottled water (as stated in their description) and they didn't. I understand that you get what you pay for, but I expect to receive what was promised when I booked the room. The people were nice, which was good but they didn't even provide towels. Very disappointed but it's a good thing we didn't spend much time at the hotel. I would not go back here. The plus side is that they do offer to pick you up at the airport for a decent fee.

We paid for 2 rooms at Buhara Hotel for 3 nights from 25.10.2022, When we arrive at the hotel they said that the hotel is full and they will give 1 room on another building and they will try to find another room somewhere else. After trying to find another room they said that they have only underground room one without windows. As we have 2 small kids (6 months and 3 years) we accept to sleep all on the first room until next day when they show us another room on the top of the roof very small and smelly. We cannot stay in such conditions so we leave it. As we payed it in advance throw a travel agency the manager of the hotel Memet said that he give as all conditions do he do not refund the next 2 nights unused and none of the room he could not provide from the beginning. So we remain also without the money (even if he said that the hotel is full and he could not give as the room ) the only room we sleep for 1 night was not in the proper hotel . so please avoid the hotel and the manager who keep the money from us without using their service

Booked with Buhara Hotel because of the location and the airport transport included. Prior to arrival I notified the Hotel of arrival time and date, the hotel replied with minimal vague directions about how to find the airport shuttle and presenting in a much clearer fashion a Eur40 van service which I didn't go for. Knowing nothing about the airport I trusted the directions mentioned "the meeting point Office". There were no such a place at the airport and I ordered an Uber instead. When I arrived I was told that my room was not available and that I'd be temporarily offered an "apartment" instead until the said occupiers check-out next day, which was very strange since I did notify the hotel of my arrival details, it was late, snowing, and I was exhausted so I didn't argue. I was escorted to what seemed like an illegally built tiny roof room few buildings away, checking with the man next day he told me I can remain in that room for the rest of my stay. Apart from the scheming and the 4 floor stair climb, the room was perfectly fine! The view was nice, it was just as big as I expected, and heating was on most of the day. Although there were no room service for the entire 10 days stay. Also when I wanted to check-out I was presented again with the Eur40 airport transport which I found elsewhere for Eur30 (Uber cannot pick-up from the old part of town), and I found out that airport shuttle service has been suspended for a while. They could do well without over-promising!!

The hotel was closed. So, we returned back to airport.
