We stayed at Endless Suits Taxim for 6 days and 5 nights, and our experience was extremely disappointing. This stay was far from relaxing or comfortable, and the constant issues—noise, cigarette smells, heating problems, room conditions, and poor breakfast—made it an unforgettable but terrible experience. On the first night, we checked in late after a long day of traveling. We were so exhausted that we went straight to sleep and didn’t notice any issues. However, on the second night, we realized that our neighbors in Rooms 103 and 104, who were traveling together, were incredibly noisy. They kept their doors open, talked, laughed, and made noise late into the night. On top of that, their child was screaming and crying, and there was more shouting and screaming in the hallway and common areas, which made the situation unbearable. We couldn’t sleep properly. On the third day, we complained to reception, and they assured us the neighbors would be leaving, so the third night would be better. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Either the same guests stayed longer, or the new guests, who also seemed to be traveling together, were just as noisy, with similar screaming and crying in the hallways. Once again, we couldn’t sleep. For the fourth night, we were moved to Room 402. While this seemed like a better option at first, the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, likely coming through the ventilation from the owner’s room next door. The heating system was also broken, and the room was freezing. On the fifth night, our last night, things took a turn for the worse. When we returned to the hotel around 9–10 p.m., we were relieved to find the heating finally working and went to bed hoping for a good night’s sleep. But at 4 a.m., we were woken up by a terrible noise from the heating system, which continued even when we turned it off. It was loud and terrifying, so we called reception again. The staff member came up to our room, and even he was surprised by how loud and disruptive the noise was. He offered to move us to a temporary room on the second floor, but we were told to leave our luggage in Room 402. We moved to the new room in just our pajamas, leaving everything behind. Reception insisted that we evacuate one of the rooms by 9 a.m. because we couldn’t occupy two rooms at once, which added unnecessary stress. We told them we couldn’t pack or move everything at 5 a.m. and just needed to sleep, as we had a long journey ahead and needed to check out by 11 a.m. However, the entire ordeal left us sleep-deprived, frustrated, and stressed before our trip home. Additionally, the condition of the rooms was very poor. There were watermarks all over the walls, a broken hanger in the bathroom, and the cleaning was not done properly. We found hair from the previous guest in the shower area and the bathroom sink, which was extremely unhygienic and disappointing. The breakfast was equally disappointing. It stayed the same every day, was not hot enough, and offered very little variety. It didn’t meet the basic expectations of a decent hotel breakfast. This stay was far from relaxing or comfortable, and the constant issues—noise, cigarette smells, heating problems, room conditions, and poor breakfast—made it an unforgettable but terrible experience.

Disappointing Stay at Feedback Endless Suites Taksim** While the hotel’s location near Taksim Square is convenient, my overall experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were not as clean or comfortable as advertised—photos online are misleading. The bathroom was in poor condition, with non-working lights initially (later "fixed" with a questionable explanation), and the A/C was unreliable throughout our stay. The staff were polite at first, offering fake upgrades and warm welcomes, but their assistance was superficial. Despite multiple complaints, the A/C kept failing, leaving the room unbearably hot. Excuses like "the electrician isn’t available" or "we forgot to turn it on" were frustrating. Breakfast was mediocre, mostly pre-packaged items. The only positive was the proximity to Taksim Square. **Warning:** The reception misled us about public transport, claiming it takes 3-4 hours to the airports—this is false. We used it during peak hours and reached in about an hour. **Verdict:** Would not recommend to friends or family. Poor maintenance, deceptive practices, and subpar comfort.

Hotel con personal muy amable, habitación perfecta, limpia y cercana al metro taksim y bus al aeropuerto, desayuno muy bueno y variado, volvería si tuviera otra oportunidad.
