Convenient location to walk in Ortaköy
Staff are amazingly helpful
Beautiful boutique hotel
Good breakfast
Traffic from the bridge is noticeable in the room maybe there are other rooms that are quieter

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff are friendly and attentive. Well prepared traditional food. Really good value for money. Becks went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable with excellent service. He works hard to augment a great experience. The garden has lovely corners where one can relax. The owner reached out and is a true gentleman. He treated us with a huge fruit platter while we were in the garden. The lady at Reception, Hasret Özkan. Assisted us in so many ways, (thank you once again).

Highly recommend those who like a quiet, no frills boutique hotel. Mine as the manager and Omar who runs the in-house restaurant are great hosts and ever helpful. They are adding a pool in a few months that will make this place even more hit with tourists Loved the traditional Turkish breakfast and their Pilaf. Each room is different and I recommend the rooms in the newer annex.

Zero sound isolation, if you are on the roadside or staying in one of the below rooms, you are not going to sleep at all.
Also, because of the economic crises in Turkey, I believe they rented their rooms to people for a month or more
We had 6 people staying above us... NIGHTMARE !!!

From the checking in time as per *********** were many rooms available, we look the 2 room was not clean very bad cigarette smell. They offered us room for family we took one as we were tired to go and look for ,, price is well it’s cheap, but should not mean for cheap you get not clean room on the top of your bad can see the dust really dust,, as we were 3 person they said kings size bed which is not a long size bed, suppose do bed sheets for sofa chair that’s didn’t happen , nobody came to ask where 3rd person should fit. Now time for breakfast which is included for room price. In breakfast no coffee, no eggs , no fresh bread, butter not good taste, waiting for 1 waitress maybe he goes to cook as well. If omelette or scrambled eggs pay extra which they didn’t bring even what we ordered . Generally all hotel breakfast in Istanbul and Cappadocia did not experience any good breakfast that people use to say turkey breakfast, in fact in Dubai we do have nice Turkish breakfast at all Turkish restaurants..

Otelde konakladık çok memnun kaldık,odalar tarihi ve dizayn çok hoşumuza gitti.Her odanın ayrı ayrı ismi var,güzel düşünülmüş.Sessiz ve doğa ile içiçe olması bizi memnun etti.müdire Hasret hanım ve tüm çalışanlara teşekkürlerimizi sunarız.Tekrar geleceğiz.

Güleryüzlü personeli ve yönetici siyle harika bir hizmet konum olarakta çok güzel kız kulesi boğaz manzarasında kahvaltı yapıp sabah kuş sesleriyle uyanmak bütün yorgunluğumuzu attık Hasret hnm ilgisi ve güler yüzü için çok teşekkür ediyorum

***et ilgili personeller vardı. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer Resepsiyondaki personeller ilgi ve alaka anlamında ***et iyiydi.Otelin konumu ve atmosferi beni benden aldı. İstanbulun merkezinde böyle bir yer imkansız bulamazsınız memnun kaldık

Odaları kirli, nemli ve duş muslukları bozuktu. Çarşafların üstünde kıllar vardı, banyo temizlenmemişti, odanın tavanından su akıyordu, inanılmaz rutubetliydi. Ahşap oldğu için hiçbir ses yalıtımı yok yukarıdakinin en ufak bir sesi aşağı geliyor kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.
