Helpful & friendly receptionist. The room & bathroom are quite big! And my room has a balcony facing the sea too! Breakfast was ok. Ordered in room dining, chicken chop with rice, big portion & tasty! The hotel is located 7min walking distance to sultanahmet mosque, hagia sophia & also grand Bazaar. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is considered big compared to others in the sultanahmet area. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. Will be back for sure!

Nice hotel. Good location. Tram stop is just 3 min away. Breakfast was in turkish style.

Hôtel très bien placé, chambre double très confortable et spacieuse, personnel bien aimable et disponible
Petit déjeuner bien copieux dans le restaurant au 6ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur les Bosphore.
Si je retourne à Istanbul, je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans cet hôtel.

We zaten niet in dit hotel, maar 300 meter verder op maar wel gebruik gemaakt van hun hamam. Wij kozen voor de locale massage maar van alles is mogelijk. Het zag er allemaal professioneel en schoon uit. De masseur en masseuse waren zeer goed. Bezocht in April 2024

I stayed in the hotel for a few days. A wonderful location and place to explore Istanbul. I was looking for a hotel with a SPA, I wanted to spend time walking, sightseeing and wellness in the sauna. We also wanted to get a massage. I fulfilled everything I decided and dreamed of. The atmosphere in the SPA made me feel comfortable and fully met my expectations of relaxation and renewal. I highly recommend this place and the service is very nice. Thanks. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. It's worth it in every respect to visit this hotel.

We stayed here as part of a tour and were very surprised. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Hagia Sofia and a 5 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar. The food in the restaurant is delicious and if you don't want to eat in, there's heaps of restaurants nearby. Your spoiled for choice. The Spice Bazaar is a $AUD10 Uber away as well. My wife used the day Spa and said it was the best massage she's ever had... She's had a lot! She said Oktay provided an excellent treatment.

We had an amazing time at the Innova hotel, very good service, very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing , the view was breathtaking and Bilal at the breakfast room was very welcoming. We had the deluxe room and it was amazing. Will definitely come here again.

One of the managers in the breakfast restaurant was always abrupt and questioned number of people to be seated on 3rd day there. I think he should get to know numbers or guests staying. Diyer her şey ve herkes süperdi! Çok yardımcılar. Yine gelmek istiyorum.

Accessible info, easy to book or walk in, hygienic clean and professional care. I am happy to recommend this spa, hammam, massage and other treatment services they offer. I had the 70mins treatment which name I can't remember now, sorry. Thank You Oktay!
