服務周到熱情，環境不錯，周邊餐飲豐富。

Staff is very helpful and friendly However the area is so congested and until 7pm traffic mostly remains blocked.

We had a really bad experience. We arrived at the hotel with 4 young kids at 1 am and they said your booking has been cancelled because your late. The reception guy argued with us and said you can leave if u want. We explained that we have 4 young kids and it's now 2am. Then they allowed us to stay the night in a quadruple and triple room. We decided to stay for further 4 nights as with young kids it was really hard to search for hotels. My room was not clean, hair on the bed and a broken toilet seat. We had 2 rooms and none of the TVs worked. When we left the hotel, we were half way to Istanbul Airport and the hotel manager rang the taxi driver to say that we had stolen a 15 pound worth hairdryer. Obviously we had done nothing of the sort. The manager made the driver stop in the middle of the highway and check our bags. They found nothing. The manager was demanding that we pay the taxi driver 15 pounds for his missing hair dryer. I will never stay at this hotel again. I don't think this hotel should be advertised to Europeans as it really doesn't meet our standards of kindness, honesty and integrity.

horrible hotel. we paid the hotel but the hotel says that have no place there and sold hour room to another customers. also everything was dirty and not clean . staff not friendly . they say that want extra money for that and just cash . don’t go there

Clean and hospitable

Hotel à déconseiller: - chambre trop petite -le nettoyage inexistant -le personnel ne réponds pas aux doléances des clients -petit déjeuner pas du tout copieux. Et de fois vide -l'emplacement bien situé mais malheureusement pour atteindre Bayazid il faut franchir une côte presque impossible pour des gens âgés. Les photos vues sur internet ne reflètent pas la réalité.

Нам любезно предложили переночевать там, по причине отсутствия мест в отеле, который был куплен через туроператора. Осмотрев номер, задерживаться там не стали. Грязь на полу, на кроватях, прокручено, холодно, плесень, ломаная мебель. Оставаться в этом клоповнике нельзя.

A déconseillé. Les photos publiées ne reflètent pas la réalité. Même les informations données ne sont pas vraies. Beyazit est proches mais il faut arpenter une pente assez dure. Les chambres sont trop petite, petit-déjeuner presque inexistant.

Abbiamo deciso di prenotare in questo hotel ingannati dalle foto. Al nostro arrivo il ragazzo della reception ci ha portati nella nostra camera: una stanza angusta con i battiscopa staccati e gli asciugamani sporchi. In 4 giorni non ci hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e in bagno non vi era acqua calda. Gli ultimi due giorni abbiamo anche trovato l’ascensore fuori uso. Scegliete altro, per lo stesso prezzo troverete di meglio! Allego foto dimostrative.
