Neda Hotel Istanbul

I went through horrible experience in this hotel last week where the staff member insulted me on breakfast because I asked for a tea. they serve a poor breakfast and you have to ask many times for the tea and water an bread very rude attitude that I will not forget

Séjour du 25 au 1 décembre. Hôtel horrible, c'est vrai l'emplacement est bien mais l’hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux photo sur le site. hôtel vraiment horrible à fuir. les installation sont digne d'un 0 étoile en France. on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres à côtés. en plus ce sont des arnaqueurs. j'avais un transfert hôtel aéroport avec une compagnie. j'avais le malheur de le dire à la réceptionniste. le jour du départ ils ont appelé un taxi qui s'est fait passé pour mon entreprise de transfert, quand j'arrive à l'aéroport le taxi me demande de payer car il me dit que ce n'est pas mon transfert que j'attendais

My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and literally everything was perfect! From the hotel stuff, guys on reception were awesome and so friendly. If I am gona talk about guys in restaurant Neda, I would never finish. They were PERFECT! We fell in love with Istanbul and people there. All recommendations for Neda hotel. My friend and I wanted a hotel which was well situated and without all the posh frills so we decided to try this one. NEDA more than met expectations. Beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The receptionists made us welcome and met every need and advised on where to go in Istanbul. They gave us extra duvets and blankets and called for transport to the airport, even seeing us into the taxi! We departed as friends and hope to come back. I have reviewed the restaurant separately as it was THAT good. try this little gem and you will not be disappointed.

Hotel neda Catalogado como hotel 4 estrellas ?, debería ser hostal de mochileros. Una entrada dificil de encontrar que conduce a infinitas escaleras oscuras y sucias hasta una recepción (sin ascensor) con chicos que ayudan màs bien poco. Habitaciones sucias, con hormigas que se apoderan de tu equipaje, malos olores … el baño es de película de terror. El desayuno, de risa … mejor irse a otro sitio. Ruidos por todos lados, se escucha todo de todos. Los niños menores de 6 años no pagan pero … tampoco les dejan toallas ni tienen desayuno. El wi-fi es gratis, genial!, pero a la velocidad de la prehistoria, whatsapp, emails y poco más … La ubicación bien, lo cierto es que està bien situado pero la calle tiene ruido continuo de paso de gente, coches y el tranvía. Las fotos de la web están muy bien realizadas porque la realidad es totalmente diferente.

Not Recommended to stay, in the picture it seems the room are large but its smaller, entrance door are bad, not like a hotel, maybe they should change their name from hotel to dormitory! Even some dormitory are better than this. To be fair, the only good side is the location is near from city center.
