An amazing hotel with some of the best service and friendliest people. The breakfast was the highlight and the knowledge of the staff was invaluable when planning our itinerary. I loved the room themes and loved the Agatha Christie room which was extremely comfortable. Best bed I’ve slept in, in a hotel in a long time.
Thank you for the amazing stay and I would definetly come again.
Downside were the restaurants near the hotel…a bit of a tourist trap with everything costing three times the amount it should. Rather eat where the locals go. Lots of amazing places to eat near the grand bazaar.

Prime location right next time to Topkapi Palace. Every attraction is within walking distance. The breakfast they served is delicious. Amazing view from the bedroom.

房間很大，露台也很大，很温馨很舒服，特別適合四口之家。離索菲亞和藍色清真寺非常近。不過因為是景區，周邊吃飯的地方都很貴

Our stay was amazing we stayed at the penthouse, the views are breathtaking and the breakfast was really nice. The hotel is walking distance to the major sights in Istanbul which was very convenient. Mr Arif the manager offered us great help through multiple things that we needed to do around Istanbul. It was a pleasant stay and definitely will be coming back. Thanks Hotel Poem for giving us a great experience!

Fantastic hotel, staff, location could not be better for exploring old town Istanbul. Hotel staff provided excellent local knowledge and suggestions on where to go, what to see and when to visit. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The Hotel Poem is an excellent choice if you want to stay in the Sultanamet area -- nearby all the major sites of the Old City and on a quiet side street. The staff is fabulous, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the breakfast, served downstairs in an airy room with a small balcony, is simply terrific. The area is of course heavily populated by tourists and cafes.
