Excellent location lot’s of clothes shopping surrounded areas 7 min to underground station next to mosque which is very handy good imam too 🤲

This hotel does not deserve the qualification of four stars. It is three stars, far from the city center. It is not clean. We have been located in the smoke zone with an awful smell. Meals aren't good. The last day when we left the recepction asked for us to pay extra money for drinks we haven't drunk. The treatment towards clients was inappropiate.

This hotel is great - in a quiet location, well appointed, clean rooms, professional and attentive staff, good restaurant, lovely breakfast room, bar, lounge, close to a train station - couldn't fault it.

Esperienza pessima! Hotel decadente, camere vecchie, muffa in bagno, moquette polverosa e una puzza di fumo terribile. Poiché soffro di asma, ho chiesto di cambiare camera ma non ne avevano più e mi hanno spruzzato un prodotto che (a loro dire) avrebbe annientato la puzza. Aveva un odore tremendo! Ho avuto un brutto attacco respiratorio. Ho cercato di ovviare uscendo a prendere aria, ma la zona è isolata, buia, sporca e mal frequentata di sera. Se potete (noi eravamo in un tour di gruppo...), non aprite quella porta!

Experiencia lamentable ,el desayuno no se repone adecuadamente y es habitual que no se reponga adecuadamente, y es habitual que no haya fruta o pan. El tostador se estropeó el primer el primer Y no pudimos torzal el pan en dos días. Y cena dejaba mucho que desear Pon platos fijos ni buffet ni carta para poder elegir. Parte del personal es muy maleducado en incapaz de entenderse En español a pesar de que buena para once de sus clientes son de España. No repítela por las felicia de alojarlos nuevamente en este hotel. Reclaman consumos de agua no realizados durante las cenas. La justificación es que te han grabado cámaras de vigilancia. Qué un hotel del de 4 estrellas Qué reclame cuatro € por el consumo de una botella de agua cuando abandonaste el hotel después de haber realizado el Check Out es algo más que lamentable. Hemos realizado una queja a nuestra agencia de viajes para qué Mundovision retiré este hotel de la oferta que hace de vacaciones en Estambul.

Evitar este hotel. Te ofrecen una habitación de fumadores sin preguntar si eres o no fumador. Las habitaciones de fumadores huelen a tabaco y es en la que se hospedan clientes a los que no se ha advertido de esta condición. Después de hacer el check out, y pagar los consumos realizados, se reclaman consumos dudosos de agua durante las cenas y la justificación consiste en afirmar que tienen tu imagen grabada. En el comedor no hay cárcel alguno que indique que hay una grabación permanente de imágenes.

Coincido con otros clientes de este hotel. No merece la categoría de 4 estrellas en absoluto. Las habitaciones huelen intensamente a tabaco y, además, las ventanas son de tipo abatible, pero solo dejan una pequeña rendija en la parte superior, por lo que la ventilación es escasa. El desayuno, limitado y durante varios días no hubo tostadora. El personal de recepción pretende aparentar seriedad y profesionalidad pero solo consiguen parecer antipáticos y con poco espíritu de colaboración. Cualquier consulta o duda se alarga interminablemente. En el comedor el personal es muy lento. Además, el hotel está lejos del centro y se tarda bastante en ir y venir. Y, para colmo, a algunos miembros del grupo con el que viajábamos pretendían cobrarles por consumiciones que ya habían pagado, pero de la que no les habían dado recibo. Aprovechando las prisas que teníamos para ir al aeropuerto se salieron con la suya y les cobraron.
