Odamız 6. Kattaydı ve arapların çoluk çocukları koridorda koşturup sürekli kapımıza vurup kaçıyorlardı. Ayrıca superior oda olmasına rağmen çok küçük bir odaydı. Çalışanlar hiç güler yüzlü değil sanki zorla çalıştırılıyorlar gibi davranıyorlar. Ne bi yardımcı olma ne bir şey hiç bir şey yapmadılar. Hiç memnun kalmadım bir daha gelir miyim sanmam.

A five-star hotel but does not deserve any star, it does not deserve to be called a hotel and even the name of an apartment is too much for it, the bed is shabby and worn out, the bathroom and the room are not clean and not on my request, the space is smaller than what I paid for.

Room is spacious. Elevator is very small n always full. Service standard is average. Location is good n many restaurants nearby. Good neighbourhood.

The hotel is not new but unfortunately is not also clean. The doors and the toilet table, drawers ,bathtub and bed are old and a little dirty, the windows are very dirty . But the reception services are very nice people. Breakfast is good but again the table's covers are not clean, I think just the cleanliness is not good.

位於主城區，但沒有什麼噪音。房間不大，設施齊全。餐廳在地下室，環境優雅，早餐豐富，但都是西餐。服務人員彬彬有禮，美貌帥氣！雖然比不上國內同級別的賓館，但總體相當滿意。

Konumu dışında malesef memnun kaldığım herhangi bir hizmeti bulunmuyor. Karşısındaki Point hoteli tercih etmenizi öneririm.

Hotelin konumu çok güzel,personeli güler yüzlü ve yardım sever.Odam her gün düzenli bir şekilde temizlendi.Sadece ilk gün odamda sigara kokusu vardı,sigara içmeyen biri olarak bu koku beni rahatsız etti.Temizlikci bayan sağ olsun bu kokuyu giderdi.
Genel olarak hotelden memnun kaldım,tekrar kalırım.
