Het is een prachtig hotel en de locatie is uitstekend, dicht bij de tram ...overal gemakkelijk te bereiken, en het personeel is aardig en heeft ons veel geholpen...Schoon en netjes. Ik heb het met mijn familie geboekt. Het ontbijt is elke ochtend heerlijk

Vanaf de receptie was alles geweldige service, een klein hotel, maar zeer goed gelegen, op 50 meter van de treinen, goede hulp om meningen en advies te geven over shows, ze adviseerden een restaurant en het bleek geweldig, een show op een andere dag op een boot hetzelfde en we reisden met de ballonnen naar Cappadocië en alles werkte vanaf het vertrek tot de terugkeer naar het hotel

Well…where do we start! The hotel pool was situated in the middle of the breakfast room and was so cold you would need a wetsuit to swim in it. The staff in the Turkish spa in the basement sat smoking in front of customers and the no smoking sign. The facilities were tired and needed refreshing. Our first experience of breakfast was coming down after a coach load of people who had cleared out all the food and when we complained the staff shrugged and couldn’t care less. Breakfast was very limited options and amounts put out were frugal.

This hotel is not a 4-star hotel. At best, it is a 3-star hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. The first night the room and the pillows were smelling terrible. However, they changed the pillow covers for the second night which I actually could sleep. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel, I do not recommend this place.

my experience being in the Hotel was bad , never again , kitchen staff was rude , the woman screamed in face when i asked her about a extra cup . she kept looking at me , watching me from far away . front desk people was ok , they help little bit if i ask a question . i would never again
