Nightmare! Firstly I want to say that I travel regularly and by far this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. Travellers travelling from UK needs to know although this is a 4* hotel “it does not provide room tissue” “it does not provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and water bottles everyday” “the room quality is very bad, dirty and outdated” “technically this is a 2* hotel, it’s not a international standard hotel” There’s another thing I need to highlight about the abrupt and extremely rude receptionist call 𝗝𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘁 who does night shift. On my last day I told him as a receptionist you need to have the right manner and the right body language to be a receptionist, I told him in UK we don’t have receptionist with very bad attitude. In return he replied: this is not UK, this Turkey and I do not need to smile or be warm and friendly with guests, I am just here to do my job that’s all. Those non English speaking guests will have the same experience with this guy I’m pretty sure. How can they recruit people like this guy. I made an early check out just to get out this place and will never go back. I repeat UK travellers please beware.

The worst place I've ever stayed in. The staff was nice and helpful but other than that the cleaning service sucks. We had a bracelet stolen from us and they didn't do anything about it. The area is very noisy also.

Bad bad hotel. Filthy, dodgy lift, had to beg for toilet paper and towels, rooms not serviced, single bedding on double bed, dust under beds, disgusting breakfast. No pool, stay away, if i could give minus rating i would. Never again

Bad experience, everything was bad , 4 stars hotel !!! I think this should be less than 3
Poor breakfast , even the place where the breakfast serviced is really dark under the ground
Nothing working shower broken , electricity cables hanging outside the wall , it is not safe , moisture in the walls , tow many broken things , not finished renovation on bathroom , need to be done
Long long list ….
It is very noisy from inside and outside , construction around the hotel , working late night and early morning
Staff nice but this not improving the quality

As a matter of urgency I arrived at this hotel with an elderly frail mother to recieve medical treatment - we were quite a site. I didn't question the rates - I discovered i was charged 130 % more than what was listed on booking sites. Above all everything about this place was disgusting including the service. Rooms and bathrooms are filthy including towels etc. Cushions lumpy. Breakfast service rude and shocking - staff made us feel uncomfortable for refilling our plate. Booked taxi to airport, reception obligated me to prepay them 600 try whereas meter fare was 350 try ,therefore they pocketed 250 try. Telephone cable all frayed and not connected . Reception staff arrogant. This should be listed as a $20 pansiyon with arrogance.

It's the worst hotel I've had and I don't understand how it's a 4 star hotel when it doesn't deserve more than 3 stars.
In short, the room is tiny cleaned with the water of javal when there is cleaning (there are times when the cleaning is not done).
The breakfast is very poor and low-end, if I tell you that the juice is only a mixture of syrup with water, I let you imagine the rotten quality of breakfast.
The insulation is poorly done, we hear the discussions of the neighbors during the evening (we can't go to bed before everyone is asleep) and also in the morning we are woken up by the noise of the street
It was a wasted stay because of this hotel.
