i like the balcony of the room！feel in paris！ staff service really good！but that is not convenient because of no lift in the hotel！

The best location I’d say, compare to the price this is really worth my money! Room is clean and quiet! The contact person Sinem is very responsive, fluently in English and helpful!

I stayed there for 2 weeks and liked it very much. Very good location, 2 mins walk to Istiklal street, but it is located in a quiet street. Very nice, clean and comfortable. The manager speaks very good English and is available anytime. The internet speed is good

The location of this place was amazing! It's in the middle of all the restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping, and landmarks. The room was spacious and clean. Beware that there are no elevators though in the buidling. Also, walking from Tophane Station while lugging heavy luggage uphill on cobblestones with no proper sidewalks (as Google told us to do) is NOT recommended though. Take a taxi/Uber instead. LOL

A great location with all main tourist attractions working a comfortable walk. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. An excellent, gracious hostess! However a narrow spiral staircase made carrying suitcase up 3 floors a challenge and the street noise ( esp on Friday/Saturday) to 2am made sleeping a challenge.

I stayed at Pera Neuf for two nights (three days), and I had a pretty bad experience with it. First the positive, the location was very good, in the center of everything and so close to Galata tower and all the restaurants, so you will not be limited in anything in terms of the location. The room was clean and modern, although tiny. However, on the negative side, there were some issues that made my stay so uncomfortable. (1) First of all, there is no elevator and the room is on the fourth floor. When I mentioned that, the owner became super defensive, saying that it was written on *******. (2) What was not on ******* though was the fact that they do not have working AC. When I complained about it, the owner said someone would come as early as possible next day to fix it. Of course no one came and it was unbearably hot in the tiny apar**ent. (3) Also, the picture of the balcony does not represent the reality. The view from the balcony was not as nice as shown on the website and was looking towards the back side of the building. (4) the room is not double room, it is a tiny room with one double bed ad a couch, but it is one tiny room. Overall, I think Pera Neuf has potential but needs to improve its facilities and service. I would not recommend it to anyone who has mobility issues or expects a comfortable stay in summer. Also the ******* page does not represent the reality of the room!

The place is nice and clean. Sinem was awesome. She helped out and went beyond her duties. Rented 6 rooms for our group. She was very friendly and super helpful. Will stay again if we go back there.
