De personeel was heel respectvol met een snelle service. Elke keer vragen ze of we iets nodig hebben , of we iets willen drinken. De personeel is dag en nacht snel en heel actief.
We hebben het geapprecieerd.

Een kleine maar heel nette hotel. Het personeel (voornamelijk Sam) was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Prima hotel voor alleen een verblijf.
Het hotel ligt op paar minuten loopafstand van de tram en veerboot. Bij de tramhalte stoppen ook bussen, waarmee je op veel plaatsen komt. De metro is op 10 mij loopafstand. Wel een steile weg omhoog.
Bij vertrek uit het hotel hebben wij het personeel verzocht om een taksi te bellen. Er werd ons niet aangegeven dat er een standaard bedrag in rekening zou worden gebracht voor het vervoer naar het vliegveld. Omdat wij op de heenweg met de taksi waren gekomen wisten wij wat het totaal bedrag zou kosten. Het bedrag dat het hotel vroeg was meer. Het hotel neemt dus een deel van het geld voor zichzelf. Sam heeft het uiteindelijk netjes opgelost en het meerdere deel zelf betaald, maar let hier dus wel op.

Absolutely fantastic service. I would like the thank the entire team at the Union Port Hotel for making my stay so comfortable and pleasurable.
Not only where they lovely to be around and offering a great service, they had fantastic recommendations for the city and the surrounding areas.
I would 100% stay there again. The staff here have made me want to return, in fact.

Great cozy hotel with access to the tram and metro that take you to wherever you wish to go. Staff make you feel as if you are one of the family.

We booked here after looking at several reviews online. Wanting a quiet stay for a week in Instanbul, close to Taksim Square & public transport, this hotel did fit the bill. Upon arrival, the staff were amazing & accommodating. They gave us early check in & a room upgrade; however this was not in the actual hotel building you see in the pictures, but to a building approximately 50m round the corner. The rooms here are nothing like those in the pictures & there has been more than general wear & tear in these rooms. Gaps in the windows meant you could hear everything coming from the main road, damp in the bathroom & a poor standard of decor. You could have your room cleaned every day, but only if you left it unlocked as they only had one key. Staff were helpful, giving recommendations & ideas where to go. If the hotel was as good as its staff, it would be much better.
