Wij logeerden niet in het hotel maar boekten hier wel een spa. Na een lange dag in het drukke Istanbul konden we om 21u30 nog genieten van een deugddoende hamam met scrub en een massage. Aanrader om even te ontprikkelen van de stad. De dames, zeker de dame die onze boeking maakte, was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

It was our first time in Turkey and we were afraid to book accommodation, but we think this Hotel was the best choice in every way. Clean, comfortable, in a perfect location. We can only thank all the members of the staff for trying to please us in everything and fulfilling all our requests immediately. The next time we visit Istanbul, we will definitely choose this hotel again. 🫶

Spent a few hours in the spa, clean, great hamman, lovely steam room and sauna, lovely ladies who gave us the bath and the massage and incredibly respectful, full body massage felt amazing…I would really recommend a visit! Really special!!

Loved this hotel! Its very modern and glam! Very clean! Lovely staff - very friendly anytime of the day or night. Cleaning staff were friendly too. Lovely views from restaurant and great food too, lots of options for breakfast! Its close by to shops, restaurants, the metro and mosques! Everything was easily accessible. Very safe too. The reason I stayed at this hotel was because of its spa facility, the ladies are amazing, the hammam is soo worth it! Cons - and these might seem tedious to some but its just stuff that caught my eye / nose. - There was a smell coming from bathroom - maybe the drain system? - One of the hand towels in the bathroom had a mark on it. - I called ahead of check in to make sure I had a double bed, I was told it would be a king size (perfect) when i got there it was 2 large singles and the guy pushed it together 🙄 just meant that i could only sleep on one side because of the split in the middle. Would i stay here again? Yes of course - service was really good, hotel is really nice, food was good, i would just specify again what I want for when i get there.

Good hotel. Little mix up with the rooms. Had requested a double. Was given 2 single beds. Had to sleep there for one night but they moved me into a double for the rest of the stay. Breakfast is good.

The staff makes this place really shine.
Overall, the locaton, cleanless, atention to detaila of a well trained staff and eager to help, make this place an excelent choice for an unforgettable vaccation to Istanbul. To top it, wait until taie your breakfast: an abundace of food on the roof of the building with amazing views of the city and sea.

We spent six nights at this hotel. The cleanliness truly deserves a perfect 10 out of 10, the beds were so comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast experience was generally pleasant, the taste of the desserts was just average, and the fruits, like bananas and apples, were sliced into small pieces, which unfortunately affected their freshness and vibrant colors.
