Ingecheckt vóór 14.00 uur en uitgenodigd voor het ontbijt dat aardig en gastvrij was. Er was een probleem met de airconditioning in mijn kamer, dus het hotel veranderde de kamer zonder problemen.
De kamers zijn vrij oud en veel meubels moeten worden gerepareerd.
Het ontbijt was niet slecht, maar er waren geen desserts dus geen theelepels beschikbaar. In plaats daarvan waren er houten stokken. Verwacht ook papieren bekers in plaats van keramische bekers in de kamers. Het restaurant had meer de sfeer van een cafetaria en het ontbreekt ook aan borden. Het SPA-centrum werkte, maar ik moest een badmuts kopen om het zwembad te gebruiken.
Ik checkte uit om 11.30 uur en verbleef in de lobby omdat ik aan het bellen was. Het hotelmanagement vroeg me om 11.50 uur het hotel te verlaten. Belachelijk.

I spend a few days in this hotel with my sister , the staff are so friendly and polite , nothing is too much to ask, the young girls ( doyou, sorry if I spell wrong ) is so nice and can speak English very well also there was another young man who was really helpful too, the breakfast was so good with some of the options changing every day which was great. The location so close to Metro and Taksim square , so happy that we picked up this hotel. We used the safe and we’ve never had any problem. Keep up the good work and thank you for all your help!

The property wasn’t as described. The rooms were different to the ones i was shown upon booking . The beds were like rock & my mother suffers from a bad back. The store away bed was metal and didn’t have a mattress but simply a duvet on top. The hotel was very rude and not helpful when mentioning this and simply turned us away saying it’s a non refundable booking so they can’t do much. I went out for a few hours and upon returning they had removed some of the beds from the room. I have pictures to show all this and would like to take this further so I can have my money back !

Berjer Hotel is a very comfortable property is just five minutes walk to Taksim and Isteklal Street.. Very cozy with wonderful and extremely friendly Staff specially Ms.Duygu. I stayed in the Family room which was decent in size with Heater/Air-conditioning and Mini Fridge TV Locker Slipper etc. The bathroom was a bit small in size but I guess that's how buildings are made on this part of Istanbul. The breakfast was just amazing with plenty of variety and fruits. Would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Istanbul.

we ve stayed at this lovely hotel and enjoyed the spa massage which was amazing upon arrival .all staff are welcoming front desk. housekeeping retaurant .they welcome you with agreat service and fullfilling all your request to give you the enjoyment of your stay.food breakfast always great .clean and staff always there to give you attention . all front desk members and super help .from carryimg ur luggage to even request you a taxi if needed . .thanks to this hotel for making my accomodation and exceptional one .rami elchayeb

Thanks for hosting us, it was really clean, affordable palace with professional and worm staff. We liked breakfast, we liked rooms, we liked swimming pool all was perfect most important the attitude of hotel employees!

The price I paid to sleep here three night it was not cheap, even for Turkey, I was extremely disappointed by this Boutique Hotel, that has nothing about a Boutique. Rooms are indecent, the wall paper falling apart, the bed are subdimensioned and the pillow are just horrible. The cleaning of the room was also not the best. The Spa Facility open from 15:00 I went at 15:10 nobody was there, 20 min later nobody still was there, I gave up. Day after I managed to visit the spa, small, dirty and jacuzzi out of service. Kitchen is not fresh, and I found rotten fruit in the buffet, people here are just careless about your holiday, they don't give a da mn about you spending your money and give a mediocre service. You can find better places, cheaper.
