un Hotel exellent

準備睡覺時，掀開被子，居然發現床單很臟，還有一些毛髮，被嚴重噁心到。後來和前台説了後，直接換房，但總覺得也不乾淨。

My requirements for a hotel room are comfortable beds, clean, a bedside light and bathroom with a decent shower, good sized towels, powerful hairdrier and a bathmat. No problem here, premium bedding too. Water, teabags and coffee provided but why paper cups with sticks to stir? It was quite a big corner room with windows east and south although not much of a view in this commercial location. There are supermarkets, an ATM, several options for eating and a nice coffee shop within 5 minutes walk to the left. The hotel is well away from the tourist area but very conveniently located to the tram which goes to Sultanahmet and the waterfront, turn left out of the hotel, cross at the crossing and follow round to the "clock tower" behind which are steps down to the tram stop. There is nothing of interest to the right of the hotel. Hotel staff are professional but not so friendly. Breakfast is average but the music in the lounge and dining room is truly dreadful.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel !!! Ayhan is the best!!! He needs a raise, he gave me the royal treatment and made me feel really comfortable. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great as well I couldn’t ask for a better stay. When you stay here ask for Ayhan, he’s the best!!

Totally a business oriented hotel. little care for customer needs.I dont blame the staff since they are guided by the group policies. totally mismanaged group hotel with focus on usurping money from customers. ask them anything and they charge for you. he will give you only 2 sachets of coffee and milk per day for a room for 3 adults. the guy came behind me for the breakfast payment. it seemed that i am running away without paying while it was the first day of my stay on a 4 day booking. no proper toiletries in the room - very basic- . they have a group of clientele who come there for hair transplant and that is more than enough for them . it is always full. The staff is trained to be professional- no service- and they have to obey right?. i felt ashamed i booked this hotel since i am not that guy who will beg for things . i need t get it as a customer . it is there you come to know the heart of the policies. I stayed at elysium taksim for 3 days before staying here. My God - a sea of difference. i wished i had booked the whole stay there. i thought that we would experience 2 different locations and wyndham group appealed to me.. i had stayed in hyatt before and so thought that it would match. i regret my decision. would never stay in any wyndham group hotel in my lifetime.. customers are their livelihood and not beggars.

If you searching for a nice clean room to stay, you can choose this hotel, Nothing more, stuff is ok but no English to communicate it was very hard to understand, bellboys were very good and very fast and room service and housekeeping are doing their best ! Reception stuff needs to be trained and they should have a better level of communication ! Breakfast was good and hotel location is amazing !
