I was expecting a good time but with this hotel become worse time ever you cant even invite friends for even 10mins my friends stayed outside hotel in rain waiting for me as i went upstairs to get phone cabel which is not right i have stayed in soo many hotels but them was rude and unprofessional staff won't recommend anyone to stay with this hotel unclean used bedding dirty towels no soaps or anything all you have to bring with you tea kettle was dirty never ever going to stay there even they offer for free as a tourist we want good times but this hotel will spoil your holidays experience Scamers pay for everything not even 1*star

Комната небольшая, с большими окнами в пол
Окна выходили на небольшую улочку
Для тех, кому важна идеальная тишина, может показаться шумно, но мне нравится слышать город
Чистота и комфорт: полотенца и постельное белье чистые, матрасы и подушки удобные
Единственно, что смутило: не очень хорошо была потерта пыль
Напор воды и температура воды - хорошие
Расположение: отличное, 3 минуты от Галата башни, 5 минут до Галатского моста с транспортной развязкой

Грязненько. Я очень расстроилась. Разбитое зеркало, жуткий запах канализации в ванной комнате. Не решилась даже принимать душ, тк были видны следы от предыдущих жильцов. Сломанный сейф починили уже после заезда. Ну такое себе местечко. Если не хотите испортить себе поездку, найдите что-то другое.

The service was great. Some items in the rooms need to be checked so that they are working condition, but the hotel is very comfortable and the people at the front desk very attentive to any needs. Thank you!

If you just need a place to sleep, i think it’s a great choice. Dont expect on their services. I even served mysef breakfast because no staff is available. I just made my own on the kitchen. On my last night, Indodnt bother eating the breakfast because it wasnt good. Just ate fish sandwich on nearby store, it is far better than the food they serve. The whole stay feels like you are not welcome to stay there. The housekeeping is very mad. I have no coffee in the room. Not recommend for elderly because you need to climb up the stairs to reach the place. Pros: The location i think is near to Galata Tower. A few uphill and downhill steps. Very friendly receptionist, helped me get a taxi to the airport and gave me travel tips in istanbul. The breakfast hall has great view on the rooftop. Great room! The design and interior is relaxing.
