Номера прокуренные! На 4 раз дали номер где более менее! Но все равно из вытяжки веет сигаретами, дышать не возможно. Администратор , мужчина возрасте ^очень гостеприимный ^

In a quiet side street, close to the central tram the Monaco is no Royal palace, but it certainly did the job at the start of our Explore Turkish Road Trip. And with one of the best breakfast’s this side of Ankara, you really can’t go wrong. Small lifts take you up 7 floors to the roof top restaurant. The basics they get right. Good bed, hot shower and delicious breakfast. Staff helpful and being located less than 20 minutes to the Blue Mosque, this place does the job

1. We ordered taxi from the reception and at the end came one scammer who charged us 40$ for a route who costs 20$. Both hotel and taxis are connected :) AVOID THIS 2. Outside was raining and a friend wanted to use toilet for 1min and the staff on the night shift 3-rd MAY , didnt let him ?!?!? He didnt let him as our guest to stay in lobby and talk till the rain stopped. The staff throw us away, stalked us non stop to the room , was SO RUDE, 0 skills ot basic manners , excuse me this is 21 century ?

Hotel was not bad . Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast but We had stuff stolen from room that We bought .
Very disappointed because our suitcases were messing stuff .
We spent a lots of time visiting the city but once We got back Home we found out that few gifts are missing period .
It is a big disappoin**ent!!!!.

We stayed in this place as part of a group tour. Two nights initially and then one night at the end of the tour. The room at the end of the tour was better than the initial one. The review here is based on the initial two night stay. The room was grim. Both back legs of the only chair in the room were broken and the window was held open with a coathanger. One of the shower doors would barely move and the bathroom was so small that your knees ended up in the shower when using the toilet. We avoided touching the floor as it looked revolting. The walls are "waffer-thin" and we were kept awake until 1am by next door's television as were the occupants of the room on the other side of us - i.e. two rooms away. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was good - although the coffee was undrinkable.

The room is great looks just like in the pictures, location also great, the guy who works on breakfast ( maybe chef) is very kind like all staff here. You should just add more different food on breakfast😊

The worst hotel ever. Awful location. A long walk to the sights. Incredibly hard mattresses. Aircon didn’t work. Customer service severely lacking. Breakfast is poor. Just do not book here when there are so many others in Istanbul. A bad start to our holiday
