De locatie was geweldig en het personeel was erg vriendelijk, maar de netheid was verschrikkelijk. Ik denk dat het komt omdat de familiekamer zelf al een hele tijd niet meer gebruikt is. Maar het personeel was zo vriendelijk dat ik het kon vergeven.

Eerlijk gezegd vind ik dit hotel leuk, maar het is niet geschikt om in te wonen. Het hotel ligt precies boven een kruispunt. Er is zoveel verkeer dat ik niet kan slapen. Ik kan niet vóór twaalf uur 's nachts stil zijn. De het verkeer begint om 6 uur 's ochtends. Bovendien zijn het beddengoed en alle toiletartikelen van wit naar geel gewassen en zijn ze nog steeds in gebruik. Het grootste voordeel is dat de twee kinderen bij de receptie betere service bieden en de locatie is beter.

Hotel ligt zeer dicht bij historische plaatsen. Ontbijt en netheid hebben een enorme verbetering nodig. Het ontbijt is erg basic en bevat geen fruit. Geen drinkwaterflessen in de kamers.

This hotel was very comfortable and very conveniently and centrally located to the main tourist attraction - blue mosque, Hagia Sofia , blue mosque - all were around 5 mins walk away. The room was comfortable and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist kindly let me Check in early morning after my long flight which was very much appreciated. One recommendation I would make is regarding breakfast - there is a large variety of food - however a bit limited as a vegetarian who does not take any egg either .

Apart from an unpleasant employee, not polite, and the room opposite the kitchen making it very noisy for sleep it was very complicated, the location of the hotel is very well located.

Well located hotel made it easy to walk to Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, and much more. Room was ground floor, subject to street noise. Ensuite bath was clean, but had plumbing isse that was not resolved during my stay (constant leak in toilet). Breakfast was filling and tasty - including items not normally considered breakfast foods (salad?) Room lights needed attention by electrician - flickering occasionally.

Good hotel although a bit small it does the job. Rooms were clean enough although the cleaners could have made a little more effort with cleaning the floor. The air conditioning works well and the shower and bathroom were fine. My mini fridge was broken so i could not store any cold drinks. The breakfast is very limited would be nice if there was a little more variety. Reception staff are wonderful and friendly. It is within walking distance from the blue mosque and other shops and tram line.
