This hotel is a perfect choice if you wanna feel as a Sultan!
Good smell, clean and very helpful staff! Great location, next to Galata tower and awsome coffee shops.

The first desk staff were incredible. I didn’t ask for anything didn’t need anything but they were very welcoming, charismatic, and work very hard to make sure you are content. Extremely impressed

Centrally located ,nice decorative hotel.Close to all amenities,restaurants,bars ,galata tower and very close to metro station for accessing Sultanahmet,Taksim etc
Receptions staff was absolutely amazing and helpful with the local information,transportation mainly
Breakfast bar was amazing view of golden horn at rooftop with quality of service
Hotel condition bit dated so many little details needs attention for repair especially our room window wasn’t shutting properly and noise from street ,car horn can keep you awake until midnight
Overall I’m a happy customer and will be back again

While the area is convenient and close to Istiklal street, it was very noisy and you cannot keep the window open. Even when closed you still hear horns and music from cars. Rooms very small. They combine two twins to make a queen which is uncomfortable. We switched rooms at first because the mattress was not comfortable. The second room was a bit better but not by much. The facility is just old and worn out. The curtains were torn and the room (bathroom and shower) faucets and bidet were falling apart, We stayed there for 6 days, if I had not prepaid and had the luxury of leaving I would have left. I would not be returning to this hotel.
