De locatie is goed, maar er is nauwelijks geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers.We werden 3-4 keer per nacht wakker vanwege de geluiden die uit de volgende kamer kwamen.

Het was een goed verblijf.
Het personeel en de service was geweldig.
Ik hield van het hotel, de volgende keer dat ik in Istanbul ben, zal ik hetzelfde hotel boeken omdat het dezelfde ervaring verdient.

Het gemiddelde hotel in Istanbul. De waarheid is dat we vooral op zoek waren naar een ideale locatie en inderdaad, de locatie is erg goed. Dingen om te verbeteren: Renovatie van kamers en vooral de badkamer, gevarieerd ontbijt, dat het personeel meer zal glimlachen. (Omar was aardig en een van de meer sociale werkers), de rest helaas niet. Geen slechte waarde voor de prijs

My stay at the Sogut Hotel & Spa in the Old City of Istanbul was truly memorable, largely due to the incredible staff. Mr. Memduh, the manager, alongside Mr. Sabri, Mr. Jalal, and Mr. Mert, were exceptionally helpful, polite, and always ready to accommodate any request. The breakfast offered was fantastic, contributing to the start of each day being just perfect. Traveling with my mother, it was important for me to make the right choice regarding accommodation, and I couldn't have been happier with my decision. The professionalism and warmth of the staff made our stay in Istanbul even more special. I sincerely hope that these wonderful individuals continue to work at the Sogut Hotel & Spa for a long time, continuing to make guests' experiences unforgettable. With best regards Mr.Fakhriddin

I had an amazing week at this hotel. The breakfast was delightful, the cleanliness impeccable, and the staff incredibly kind. I would like to extend a special thank you to Sinan and Mamduh for their exceptional service. I will miss my morning cup of tea.

This hotel was definitely worth the stay and the price. I stay in a lot of hotels and have paid much more for the same kind of room. The staff were amazing particularly Omer on reception! Super warm and a friendly and could not have done any more for us! We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. For my fellow vegans- The location for vegan food wasn’t great as we found all the vegan places were on the other side of the river, still only a 25 minute drive away from what seemed to be most of the vegan food places but still easy enough to get too-also plenty of food places near by and shops to grab a snack or drink! Lobby was nice enough and everywhere was clean!

Very Good location,near to the shops and sightseeings,clean ,room the best, parking o.k. , staff and especially Birgin polite and friendly, towels old,, and sometimes you hear the neighbour's.I will definitely go again

The locaton was perfect. What gets me angry that i paied for the parking 10euros per day(in boking was written 5euros) and in the end they didnt had parking. I parked my car before the entrace of the restorant And the sfaf asked for the keyes of my car Everytime they moved the car because no place What i liked in the hotel was clean staf they were the most polite staf that i have seen. Breakfast was 3 out of 10 Eggs chees orange juice sasuages The room was small but again i mention the cleanles was perfect everything on time eveeyday new towels( THANK YOU CLEANING STAFF) At the end i recomend staying in this hotel
