The hotel is very well located: in the heart of Istanbul, 5 min walk to Sirkeci station. Furniture in the room was old. But overall the room looked clean, the bed was comfortable so for the price it was ok. Not for honeymoon holidays for sure :)

Удобное расположение отеля, доброжелательный персонал, на первом этаже всегда горячий чай. В номере было прохладно, по желанию включают отопление. В номере есть чайник, фен, сейф, мебель старенькая, на столе круги от горячих кружек. Постельное бельё чистое, но "пожившее", выдают одноразовые тапки. Лифта в отеле нет, есть крутая винтовая лестница. С чемоданом помог Георгий -поднял/спустил.
Только дома выяснилось ( были проблемы со связью) вместо положенных 94,47 € отель списал сумму 98,42€ ! Так что внимательно проверяйте все платежи на месте.

관광지와 가까운 거리라 괜찮습니다. 작은 방에서 묵었지만 캐리어 하나 놓을 정도는 됐고 빈대는 보이지 않았습니다. 다만 캐리어가 무겁다면 계단 오를때 좀 불편할 겁니다.
가격 생각하면 딱 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 방음이 잘 안됩니다.

Booked a double room and received a single bed room, the air conditioner never exist.
The temp. Was extra cold at night despite of the heat radiator was in operation.
The clean is not so good but also is not so bad, and the furniture is so old and always there was cats on the entrance which is not hygenic thing.
The service is so bad, and the communication with the man on desk is impossible unless you talk turkish or russian, and he is so bad.
I was charged 15 usd for some blood drops bleeded from my leg while i was sleeping, despite im sure they will reuse the sheets that i paid for.
Once i found that the cleaner putted the bag that was inside toilet trash over my clean staff.
The location is good but the view from windows is so bad and you can see it in attachments

I definetely do not recommend this place for stay. They don't clean the rooms, don't provide you with the initial higene staff, water or clean bed settings. The administrator do not take any actions when you inform about the inconveniences.

I appreciated the quiet area, close proximity to everything including the metro and ease with my check-in. The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice and welcoming.

Very good budget hotel. The man from the reception is very kind and helpfull. We had a very pleasant stay and will be coming back.
