The best hotel in Istanbul for location, service and cleanliness. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. All the staff are fantastic and without them it would not be the same.
They made our stay in Istanbul, don’t hesitate just book it.

I spent one week for spending my holidays at this all inclusive beach hotel.
But a disappointment. I saw the staff at the restaurant bar just poured the used ice from guests' glasses into the ice box, which shocked me. I guess that there are so many guests that the staff was very busy with many beverage orders. But still, I couldn't understand her act. Just absent-minded on hygiene. The hotel even didn't reply my email about this. What a guest relations the hotel has?

Ein tolles Hotel im Herzen von Istanbul, super Lage (10 Minuten zur Fuß bis zur Hagia Sophia). Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück, sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer. Zwei neue Aufzüge bringen die Gäste bis zum 6. Stock. Tipp: auf dem Dach das Restaurant ‚Roof Mezze 360‘ besuchen.
Im Hotel gibt es einen Spa-Bereich, dieser ist bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet. Kostenlose Getränke in der Lobby für Hotelgäste.
Das Hotel ist ‚DIE‘ Empfehlung für ein paar Tage in Istanbul.

房間有點小，其他還不錯，服務態度好，位置優越，附近物價也不貴

Отличное расположение, дорого - да, но и уровень немного другой. Полностью соответствует заявленному описанию и фото. Так что если ценник не проблема, то можно полностью рекомендовать, комфорт на уровне.

Очень дружелюбный персонал, старается помочь во всем. Чисто. Завтраки хорошие. Отель находится рядом с остановкой трамвая Т1. Кто хочет остановится в старом городе, то вполне удобно

還可以吧，地段好，在伊斯坦堡重要的景點附近。細節上可以感受到酒店還是比較用心的，酒店房間光線不好，燈光也很暗（這個我很不喜歡），早餐一般，是因為有三人間訂的這個酒店（前面酒店加床加早餐的費用感覺不可控，給我整怕了）

Расположение отличное, заселение быстрое , завтрак стандартный европейский , голодным не останешься. Горничная остаивла приятное приветствие для настроения , сделала симпатичного слоника. Единственный минус ,но это скорее минус всех отелей центра, шум с улицы и утреннее пение муэдзина намаз .
