Alle medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we waren in staat om vroeg in de ochtend in te checken, wat echt goed was. Maar helaas is het een oude, niet erg schone en erg stoffige vloer, ontbijtbuffet erg klein met zeer beperkte opties. Het is overschat en alle beoordelingen hierboven zijn niet waar, ik zal nooit meer boeken en ik zou het niemand aanraden.

Naar mijn mening is het een zeer uitgebalanceerde accommodatie qua prijs/service en op een redelijk niveau. Ik heb maar één suggestie voor het hotel: ik was zeer verrast dat er geen Turkse koffie werd gemaakt in het hotel genaamd Oriental. Het koffiezetapparaat zou vernieuwd moeten worden.

Nice people , good and tasty breakfast. good for parking the car and also close to all atractions. T1 is close . Metro station also close. i will go again in the same location next time when for sure i will visit again this nice city of Turkyie. Istanbul

6 of us stayed here for the Champions League weekend- 2 rooms of three. Rooms were comfortable with a fridge, TV & really good shower. All the staff were friendly, welcoming & polite. Very close to the tram & metro stations for exploring the City. Decent typical Turkish breakfast. Bit noisy overnight from outside traffic etc but nothing horrendous. Would recommend as a good value place to stay.

This is located in the center of touristic attractions, close to the main metro/subway centre, shopping districts, great food places, yet it is in an alley where it is quiet. The windows are double-paned so no noise from outside is heard inside. It is within 5 minutes walk of the beach, 2 minutes of Yenikapi Metro hub, 5 minutes to the tramwa to the Grand Bazar and Sultan Ahmet district and all the sea-bus and ferry stations. The staff are exceptionally friendly and warm. The breakfast is superb.

We asked for a non-smoking room and they graciously gave us a room that absolutely did not smell cigar- we are really grateful.

Great location to start to explore Istanbul, cliser to Metri, Marmaray, bus and tram.Room confortables and clean, breakfast very good and fresh. Around you can found a lot of restaurants. Staff very polite .
