A world class hotel in the heart of New Istanbul. All queries expertly attended to and the hotel rooms were spotless and the location is ideal with some of the most breathtaking views
of the Bosporous and Istanbul. Went to the roof top for refreshment and managed to really enjoy the holiday to the full. The hotel deserves its five star rating.😊

Otel odasinin manzarasi cok iyi (deniz manzarali deluxe oda). Havuz, sauna ve buhar odasi ***et guzeldi. Roof katindaki 212 restaurant biraz pahali olmakla birlikte, atmosfer, manzara, hizmet ve yemekler acisindan mukemmele yakindi. Son gunumuzde lobby barda aksam yemegi yedik, o da cok basariliydi, hizmet de cok iyiydi, ozellikle Sinem hanima cok tesekkurler, guleryuzlulugu ve profesyonelligi icin. Bir dahaki ziyaretimizde yine ayni oteli kullanacagiz, gercekten cok memnun kaldik.

房間景色不錯，但是位置太遠了，周圍是工地，而且浴室都是大瓶裝洗護，我洗頭的時候才發現沒洗髮水了，濕着頭髮等了20分鐘才送洗髮水來，早飯也不太好吃
門僮和前台服務態度都不錯，但總體來説還是不太推薦的

酒店服務態度非常差，不敲門直接闖進房間，不説明情況就扣了大額按金，現在還在追溯，萬豪也不配合調查，辣雞酒店
