Over de ligging niets te klagen, je hebt alles in de buurt, supermarkt, café, tram, treinstation, feestdagen, de service is uitstekend maar wees voorzichtig met de prijzen voor de aangeboden activiteiten, op internet vind je goedkoper. Ik zat in kamer 2009, vuile spiegel, vlekken op het bed en de dressoirs.

Slechtste hotel, slechtste personeel en slechtste management Ik heb online geboekt en betaald, en toen ik bij het hotel aankwam, behandelde de receptioniste me bij binnenkomst met racisme en liet me de reserveringswaarde opnieuw betalen, hoewel hij bij de reserveringsafdeling bevestigde dat het reserveringsbedrag was van de site ontvangen, maar hij was een slecht mens. Toen ik de kamer ontving, bleek dat de kamer anders was dan de foto's op de site, en we werden in een slechte kamer geplaatst zonder uitzicht, en toen ik vroeg om de manager te ontmoeten om het probleem van de betaling en de kamer op te lossen , hij weigerde mij te ontmoeten. Ik raad iedereen aan om niet voor dit slechte hotel te kiezen

No parking for car, I had to park and walk half an hour to hotel. Towels old and not very clean. Breakfast area in the basement and poor choice. Staff don't speak good English. Traffic terrible and noise from tram and cars all day all night. I saw many customers complaining in
lobby. Internet not stable and we couldn't connect.

The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the Bosphorus and close to the old city ,also has easy accessibility to public transport. The staff members were friendly and helped secure a taxi to the airport. The room was clean ,although sometimes there was an unpleasant odour(sewage smell ) from the bathroom. The overall stay was pleasing and would definitely stay in that hotel again

My elderly parents have stayed in at least 10 different hotels during their visits to Istanbul. This has been their favorite hotel so far. They loved the location, and it was easy for them to walk around the block for food and shopping. They also enjoyed the city and sea views.
