Так себе отель. Сначала про меня просто забыли при поселении. Я ждал времени чек-ина, а пообещавший мне по возможности поселить меня пораньше сотрудник, закончив смену, ушел , не передав коллегам, что это за дядька мотыляется на лобби и чего ждёт. В итоге, меня вообще селить не думали, пока я не подошел с резонным вопросом - доколе!?Утром в номере не оказалось горячей воды, на что мне без извинений было заявлено, что это некая глобальная проблема, и надо терпеть. Я туда , вероятно , приехал именно ждать и терпеть, а не встречаться по делам. Это вторично по их мнению. В отмене последних суток проживания и возврате средств мне было отказано, когда я решил уехать на день раньше. Это не предусмотрено тарифом, видите ли. Вероятно, как не предусмотрено и наличие горячей воды.э и тепла. Дело в том, что системы отопления в номерах нет, а кондиционер не греет, как ни старайтесь его настроить. Стена в душевой - это заклеенное пленкой панорамное окно. Представьте себе утренний январский душ без горячей воды и отопления в отеле, который называет себя Рэдиссон , и выбирайте себе другой отель, мой вам совет.

Mooi hotel ,schoon ,zwembad buiten en binnen schoon en goed alleen persoon ervan mag wat vriendelijker zijn .mensen bij de receptie is echt vriendelijk helpen je met alles ( Ozkan werkt bij de receptie echt top vent ..)
Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan voor zakelijke als gezin ..top

Staff were helpful and the room was clean. The hotel is a short walk to the nearby Metropol centre.

Every is fine except reception staff had pushed own limousine services when I asked for the taxy, eventually had to call an uber, after spending 10 minutes of time for discussion

On the good side, the dinner in the hotel was excellent. Turkish food is generally delicious, but the hotel's chefs made it so good that I savoured every piece of it. The bed was comfy, and the duvet was great, warm, but not too hot.
On a less brighter side, the towels clearly had better days, they were grayish and worn-out. The hotel has a massive problem with the plumbing, once you open the tap in any position, scolding hot water starts pouring out, and you have to wait for a few minutes before it gets to normal temperature. My sink's drain was partially clogged, I asekd to clean it three times, but either the staff didn't understand me or couldn't fix it. The water still wouln't go down the sink as I was checking out.
Overall, it's a great place, but poorly run, and penny-pinching at every opportunity, which spoils the impression.
