De locatie van het hotel is goed. Het is zeer dicht bij het metrostation en het winkelcentrum. De omgeving is ook goed. Er zijn veel restaurants met verschillende smaken in de buurt. Het hotel beschikt over complete faciliteiten en goede service.

The hotel is amazing.. variety menus on breakfast, clean room.. Istanbul Mall just across the street.

Great hotel , easy check in and out. service is excellent they do care about their clients offering everything, room specious and comfortable, the hotel need some renovation as it is little worn out. in total I like and will be there again

The hotel located in a good place which is very close to metro line. Rooms are clean and kinda spacious, staffs are friendly too. However the facility and the offerings are not enough. The hotel doesn’t let you feel like you are accommodating at 5 star hotel. The pool is super small and open only for ladies between 11:00-15:00 which is totally no sense again. Wish they could offer more for that high price tag. In 5 star hotel you get paper cup instead of a Glass/porcelain cup. Even in 4 star hotels in this zone doesn’t use paper cups. Sorry but my satisfaction level wasn’t that high because of price/quality ratio.

酒店掛牌五星，實際和國內三星都未必趕得上。衞生條件差，到處破舊不堪，浴室的大毛巾破破爛爛也不乾淨。早餐極其簡陋，強烈建議自己出去吃。酒店工作人員除了想掙錢，其他都不care。舉個例子，自己打車去亞洲區saw機場大約也就在20歐元左右，酒店前台總想忽悠你通過他們預訂，費用50歐元。酒店還換匯，匯率也是極差極差。酒店房間極小，我在房間裏面28寸的行李箱是打不開的。隔音極差，樓上上廁所洗澡，下面聽的一清二楚
總結，除了靠近地鐵，一無是處，不會再住這個酒店。
