Good value hotel in great position for many attractions. Good out door space. Room very clean . Breakfast has plenty of choice and was refreshed on request. Didn’t use the spar so cannot comment. Lift for this with mobility issues. Able to open window definite plus

Though our stay was brief, I offer these comments in the spirit of improvement. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance the experience for future guests. On the positive side, the property was in a perfect location, offering convenience to all local attractions, gift shops and dining options. The streets and surroundings are well-maintained, creating a safe and decent environment. The staff was friendly and consistently helpful, which added a welcoming touch to our stay. The room turned out to be notably smaller than what was depicted in the pictures. This limited our ability to store our belongings and luggage comfortably. The bathroom/toilet was also on the compact side, making it challenging even for someone of my height.(5”5) 😁 Additionally, the shower’s tendency to flood the toilet/basin area was a major inconvenience. Only having one hard-to-reach electric socket behind the bed was another limitation. Lastly, the creaky bed mattress affected our overall comfort.

On 6TH of marsh we booked 7 nights in this hotel. When we saw the room, my wife and I get shocked. The room very small with no wardrobe. The safe was in the floor and the bathroom was dirty with a broken shower. We spent one night in this bad hotel and left early in the morning. The amazing was the hotel charge us for 8 nights and we must be repaid for all the amount we were charged. Our lawer will handl this case soon.

Very nice hotel. Central location. Very nice food. A very clean room and a friendly service. I recommend Ersu Hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy Istanbul day & night. My whole family and I dedicate a special thanks to Ms. Christina and her staff. We will come back soon.

the aircondition wasnt working for whole night , we been frying and the hotel didnt offer replacement to the room .

Great locatıon and Good value tarihi yarımadanın içinde yer alan işletme Gülhane ve şehir manzaralı odalar 24 saat ücretsiz çay ve kahve ikramı vardır ilgili personel aile ortamı ile müthiş bir tatil geçirdik şiddetle herkese tavsiye ediyorum

I found Sirkeci Ersu Horel to have everything a good hotel needs. I like more their breakfast parking system free wifi air condition room. So I will definitely suggest you to stay at Sirkeci Ersu Horelhotel.

Property clean, staff are friendly and helpful, good breakfast, close to tram, 6 stops from Aksaray station which connect to new airport, plenty of shops and restaurants.
