體驗感極差 這是我住過最差的希爾頓了。家庭出行，一共訂了三間房三晚，第一天其中一間房未打掃，且護髮素在洗手池旁邊，身體乳在浴室，並且這些都是鎖在牆上的，沒法自己換。晚上回來打電話 並且去找了工作人員告知需要立即打掃，工作人員説30分鐘內打掃好，30分鐘沒有人來，再次聯繫告訴我們需要等一會才有人來，我去前台要求換房間，被告知沒有房，再次上樓發現打掃人員在打掃我們隔壁房間。直到晚上10.30我們房間才打掃完畢。第二天晚上，另一間房間又沒有打掃。由此可知，這個酒店是不打掃房間的。要求賠償酒店拒絕，要求提前退房，酒店也拒絕。無奈住了三晚，退房的時候，酒店經理説下次來給打五折，想問問酒店，我一個外國遊客，下次來不知道什麼時候了，就算下次再來，還會來住這？

酒店還不錯。但是就是房間走廊有點跟不上檔次。別的都還不錯。酒店大堂很高大上。然後我定的是最高檔的海景套房，房間可以。位置也不錯

Not so bad! It’s not old hotel. general, everything is good,but some moments are bad, the spa is bad!. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a great respect for the managers!

Love the executive lounge, seldom seen a better one besides in the Hilton V Hotel Dubai. Staff was great and the room was excellent.

The actual room amenities is differ from what posted, however after complaint, hotel agreed to make changes to another room.
Room toilet is with unpleasant smell, after complaint, the cleaner come to clean and solve the problem.
The service is not up to 5 star. Breakfast food choices are limited.
