This is the worst hotel I have stayed in . The reviews on booking. com are false too . This says excellent . It’s on a horrible dark back street with dangerous pavements . There was no one else staying there only us . We left after the 2nd night it was dark miserable and the rooms are tiny . I think a prison cell would have been more desirable!

Staying at sparkle was very good. The young girl receptionist is very kind and hospitable. At our check in she gave us better room since it was available at the same price and helped with touristy questions and extended the stay for one additional night without any problem. The room is clean and tidy, the wc has the sanitary paper that proves that no one touched it before. Everything was very clean, smelling good, perfumed, cleaned everyday. Fridge is available even though it’s not very cold. Room is not very fresh, but it’s very silent, big shower, clean towels. They provide new bottles of water and teas at every cleaning room. Wifi is working very unreliably and turns off every few minutes or hours, unfortunately managers could not fix this and for this reason only we remove 1 star from the otherwise excellent hotel experience.

Very nice staff and really nice rooms, WI-FI suffers on the 5th floor shops directly opposite for snacks and cigarettes, pharmacy’s all around if needed, 5 min walk to shopping area. Fast food available, Pizza Hut,domino’s and Burger King 10 mins away. Overall 10/10 Thanks Sparkle I’m leaving a little bit of sparkle.

The hotel was spotless, the Turkish breakfast was good and everything was replenished daily in the room. I would like to mention the lovely Seycan on reception. She went above and beyond with her helpfulness and always with a big smile on her face.

We didn’t stay long enough to take any photos. This hotel is on a tiny little side street hill, when we got out of the cab we couldn’t understand where the hotel was. My eyes rested on a glorified hostel and my stomach sank. It all went downhill from there. The foyer is all cheap nasty furniture, one toilet door in the middle of a tiny foyer, covered in childish stickers. This place is a hostel. The night manager (only person there) didn’t know how to validate our key cards so we sat waiting for an hour. We told them to cancel our reservation, we had to stay that one night as it was 10pm and then we left. The rooms are tiny, so small and claustrophobic. Don’t be fooled by the massive singular suite they use to advertise their rooms, the bedrooms are tiny. The view is also dire it’s nasty back streets, concrete walls and vents. We asked for ice he “couldn’t get that because it’s in the cellar.” We wanted to order food and he sent us to a kebab shop across the street. He couldn’t serve a glass of wine or lemonade. When I say this place is dire, I literally wouldn’t stay in it if it was free. The hotel guy put me on the phone to the hotel manager instead of speaking to her himself. She was also a bonefide liar, lied the whole way through the call. The people in general were not friendly in this city and this hotel just made it worse. A dogs kennel has better. My two friends were disgusted and it ruined the start of our whole holiday.

İstanbulda şehrin merkezi Şişlide gittiğim en yardımsever personele sahip, her konuda çözüm odaklı, çok temiz butik bir şehir oteli. İş amaçlı da, gezi amaçlı da lokasyonu, yardımsever personeli ile çok uygun. Sadece açık büfe kahvaltısı için bile gidilir. Otelin heryerinde çeken ücretsiz interneti ve harika kahveleri de tatilinizde de keyifle çalışma ortamı sağlıyor. Herkese tavsiye ederim, kendim de tekrar tekrar giderim.

5. Katta güzel bir odada kaldık. Odaların temizliği, mobilyası ve renklendirmeleri çok hoş. Lokasyon çok merkezi. İnternet bağlantısı kopuyor ve tv de smart olmasına rağmen YouTube ve Netflixe bağlanması zaman alıyor. Teşekkür ederiz tekrar görüşmek üzere:)
