Aliée Istanbul - A Paris Society Collection Hotel

De architectuur van het hotel is uniek en de binnen- en buitenzwembaden zijn prachtig. Het landschap is adembenemend en fotogeniek! Ik zou zeker in de zomer terugkomen. De locatie is wat afgelegen, maar wel handig, met restaurants en bars in de buurt.

This is truly an exceptional hotel. The rooms and hotel co.mon areas are very well designed, definitely luxury though somehow you feel at home as it's so comfortable. There are lounging and relaxing common spaces everywhere. The service is unbelievable! The highlight is the spa, this is probably the most beautifully designed spa I've ever seen and it's worth booking the hotel just to use it.

An exceptional stay from beginning to end. I genuinely felt at home. The decor is absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed, creating a true sense of calm and serenity throughout the entire space. I felt so comfortable throughout my stay that I naturally chose to fully enjoy the hotel and its facilities. The spa was a real highlight. The destress massage was outstanding, and the Vibro Acoustic Therapy was equally impressive both deeply relaxing and beautifully executed. Breakfast was of excellent quality, with a refined selection and great attention to detail. The staff overall was exceptional. A special mention to Amel and Dania, who were incredibly responsive and helpful via WhatsApp throughout my stay, and to Liliane in the morning who is impressive with her hardworking and bright smile 💕 There was, however, a slight disappointment regarding the skin treatment, which did not meet my expectations. That said, I truly appreciated the way the situation was handled at the check-out. Mr Atil Seran, the director of Front Office, demonstrated great professionalism and ensured a fair resolution. Overall, a remarkable experience that I would gladly recommend ✨✨✨

Amazing brand new hotel, we have stayed in all 5 star hotels in Istanbul, can state this one of the best in the city. Location - perfect facing Bosporus, Rooms - top notch, everything is new, amazing bath robes and flippers. Pillows and bed - very comfy. Hygienic set - everything you need both for man and lady. Cosmetics - very good. Breakfast - wide choice , good quality. Spa - spacious, good pool, a lot of options. Personnel - attentive and guest oriented. Overall very quite and atmosphere place. Will definitely get back . On Monday was not able to visit cabaret - available thu-saturday.

The staff contacted me personally via WhatsApp to coordinate our stay, ensuring every detail was handled. • The Anniversary Upgrade: To our delight, they upgraded us to a stunning suite for our anniversary. The room was elegant and perfectly captured that "East meets West" aesthetic. • The View & Atmosphere: The views from the hotel were absolutely amazing, providing a breathtaking backdrop to our celebrations. You truly feel the Parisian influence in the decor, while the soul of the building remains quintessentially Istanbul. • Extraordinary Dining: The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We also loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary hot chocolate, which was perfect for the cozy winter atmosphere. The staff truly went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and memorable accommodation. Their hospitality turned a simple trip into a lifelong memory. Beautiful hotel with outstanding service, amazing food, and a fantastic location. My stay at Aliee Istanbul was overwhelmingly positive. The hotel itself is stunning — I loved the facilities, the attention to detail, and the artwork throughout. Staff were fantastic, welcoming, and attentive. I was greeted with a welcome drink and even received an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional. Breakfast was elaborate and spectacular — exactly the kind of experience I love. I didn’t manage to access the hotel bar due to a private function, which was a minor disappointment, but the coffee shop outside is incredible and definitely worth a visit. The room was beautiful, though initially on a noisy main street. They quickly accommodated my request for a better view. Later, road work at 2 a.m. forced a room change, which was handled immediately, and they provided a new room with a bathtub I had requested. A minor issue with the air conditioning was resolved promptly, and the duty manager offered a free massage as compensation. The concierge service was excellent, providing helpful suggestions. The only minor drawback was the day-trip company they recommended — it didn’t fully meet my itinerary and was a bit overpriced, but the hotel promptly arranged a refund. Overall, Aliee Istanbul combines beautiful design, exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again and again.

Если бы оценка ставилась только за визуал и кухню, отель был бы лучшим в городе. Однако, к сожалению, проживание омрачил сервис. Непрофессионализм сотрудников чувствовался с первой минуты: 1. Заселение: Были перекрыты въезды и входы на территорию из-за визита высокопоставленных лиц, пришлось самостоятельно УПРАШИВАТЬ полицию дать возможность пройти к отелю, подтверждать информацию о бронировании, показывать документы и самим тащить чемоданы 15 минут до отеля. Уверена, что от отеля могли предоставить хотя бы одно сотрудника, который бы мог быстро решить вопрос с блок-постом на месте. Номер, который нам предоставили изначально, совершенно не соответствовал фотографиям при бронировании. Огромное спасибо сервису Trip.com за то, что оперативно вмешались и решили этот вопрос — нам дали чудесный номер, но осадок остался. Рекомендую всем перепроверять номер при заселении. 2. Коммуникация: Писать в чат консьержу приходилось по несколько раз, чтобы добиться реакции на элементарные запросы. 3. Потеря вещей: Я потеряла личную вещь и писала в чат два дня — обратной связи не было («одну минуту», «подождите» и подобные отписки). Только после того, как я продублировала письмо на почту отеля со скринами чата, вещь нашлась за 15 минут. Это говорит о том, что в чате просто не читают сообщения. 4. Ужин: Это был провал. Мы пришли в ресторан отеля на ужин (в этот же день мы обедали в этом же ресторане и остались довольны). В практически пустом зале мы просидели 10 минут без какого-либо внимания со стороны персонала. Мы приняли решение уйти и провести вечер в более клиентоориентированном месте. Для полноценного отдыха и комфортного проживания отелю нужно срочно повышать уровень гостеприимства. Есть с чем сравнить, и здесь к гостям относятся не как к желанным посетителям. Очень надеюсь, что отель прочитает этот отзыв и поработает над персоналом, ведь место по-настоящему красивое!
