I had the great pleasure of staying for two nights at the Sanasaryan Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is in an historic building just minutes from the Galata Bridge, the New Mosque, and the ferry terminal. It is also an easy walk to many of the other famous sites in Old Istanbul. The hotel has been newly renovated from its prior existence as both a school and administrative offices and the outcome is one of entering a world of calm and beautifully appointed interiors. The rooms and bathrooms are large and also well appointed. In my room there was a sitting area with table and chairs, a large chest containing coffee, tea, and snacks. The beds are large and very comfortable. There is an excellent restaurant and a separate bar/library within the hotel. I cannot say enough about the staff. Both Isil Pinar, the front office manager, and Yagiz Dogan, guest service representative, went out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience at the hotel as well as in my exploration of the city. The hotel is a new member to Marriott’s Luxury Collection Hotel. Marriott should be very proud of this new member to the family.

This time it was short 1-night stay in finally just opened hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Staff is excellent, specially concierge. Room had amendeties like baklava and probably best tea selection i ever had. Breakfast is very luxurious and food quality and freshness is top. Its hard to find better location, if you like Spice Bazaar (my favorite) and also close to many tourist attractions. Area tour i'll take next time i come in July, then i have more time. Well done!

The staff of the hotel was very attentive, super friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. Due to my platinum status, I was upgraded to a Deluxe King room, and received the complimentary breakfast. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very yummy. It was not the usual buffet breakfast, but typical Turkish breakfast served at the table (I asked to have it without meat). I found the location of the hotel to be great, lots of sights within walking distance. I felt very welcome at this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely hotel, far nicer than I'd expected, and with very attentive staff. I understand the hotel completed a refurbishment in Spring 2024 and everything was beautifully appointed when we entered. But the best was the welcome from the team on Reception who were professional and made us feel truly valued. Both rooms were large, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast restaurant, the bar, and the concierge (thank you Yigit!) were all excellent. And, making a very early departure, the team delighted us to the end by preparing a snack breakfast we could take in the car to the airport. All the major tourist sites are very close by within walking distance, so this is a great hotel if you feel like a little luxury alongside sightseeing convenience! Thank you Sanasaryan Han!

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. There are many excellent features of this hotel.. outstanding rooms, comfortable beds, amazing baths, delicious breakfast.. but perhaps the best feature is the staff. They really went out of their way to make the stay as wonderful as it could be. Everyone really tried to make us feel well taken care of. And, perhaps even better, the staff worked as a team.. everyone, from the front desk, doormen, concierge and restaurant staff, seemed to get along, was working with a sense of share mission to provide the guests with an unparalleled experience.

We spent a wonderful Easter in this newly opened hotel. The welcome by Isil Pinar on the day of arrival and every morning put us in a great mood. Girl, your work is pure perfection! The location couldn't be better, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfasts excellent. All employees are willing to help and passionate about their work. On the last day, the receptionist himself helped us get to the main road with our luggage so that we could take a taxi to the airport. Look no further this is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul.

Amazing Turkish cuisine!! The hotel's perfect location in the old town and its well-designed interior enhanced our overall experience. Special thanks to Mr. Ugurcan! His attentive and personalized service truly made our visit with my family unforgettable. His genuine interest in ensuring that we had a wonderful experience extended beyond his professional duties. He took the time to understand our preferences and tailored his recommendations accordingly, making us feel valued and welcomed. Moreover, his warmth and genuine smile created a welcoming a**osphere that instantly put us at ease. He also recommended delicious Turkish traditional breakfast options, adding to our enjoyment of the local cuisine. I look forward to the opportunity to visit this place again in the future! We checked in mid April to Sanasaryan Istanbul. From the time we checked in the entire staff made our stay so special. At check in my Titanium status was recognized by Yagiz and my room was upgraded. He walked us to our room and went over all the features. They had sent Turkish delights to our room in additional to our welcome amenity. The rooms are well laid out with plenty of natural light due to the large windows. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel is brand new so everything is working like it should. As nice at the hotel is the staff makes it even better. From the front door reception to the Restuarant staff, front desk. The manager made a special attempt to great us and say bye at check out. I Would definitely come back. We stayed at the Four seasons at our last visit. The service here would rival there’s.
