Extremely impressed by this brand new hotel within walking distance to everything in Istanbul old town. The design is modern and luxurious, but warm and inviting. The service is impeccable, they brought a lot of small treats and drinks which was refreshing after a long trip. This is a weird comment, but they had the best electrical wiring of any hotel room I’ve been in - all the light switches were extremely convenient and intuitive which for some reason never seems to be the case even in 5 star hotels. They had outlets compatible with sockets for Turkish and American sockets as well as multiple USB and USB-C outlets. We were able to charge 4 cell phones and 2 power banks. This ended up saving us on our trip as we could only charge one device at a time at all other hotels in Turkey.

酒店超級好，工作人員們都非常的熱情。忘記拍房間的照片了，衹拍了個視頻，視頻裏拍到了自己所以截了幾張圖發上來。早餐很精緻，感謝招待，下次有機會再住。

新裝修營業的酒店，前台接待服務很好，去房間的路上在和我介紹酒店歷史；房間打掃得很乾凈，地理位置很好，許多景點都可步行到達，再來伊斯坦堡還會選擇。

新開設的酒店，服務十分良好，於等待開房期間甚至帶我逛過一遍附近景點，並介紹各種可遊覽的地方，並送上餐點與飲料，值得推薦。

I enjoyed my time there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The service was exceptional, especially Ugurcan. I have never been to such a great hotel! The traditional Baklava dish was exquisite. The fresh lemonade was the perfect thing after a hot day of sightseeing.
