A very nice hotel, everything is clean and all the staff there provided lovely service, helped us booked a taxi in the late evening for the next day at 5am so we can head to the airport with ease. They were honest and helped us so we don’t get scammed by taxi drivers. The pick up they called was the same price as a taxi but a better bigger much more comfortable 7 seated car for just us two persons.

位置特別好，在一條背街小巷裡，出門拐彎幾十米就是繁華街區，B1地鐵和T1輕軌就在附近。房間設施新的、早餐個人覺得比較滿意，服務也無可挑剔。感覺不足的還是房間面積不大，我選的是30平米的房間，其實一半是陽台，兩人住在房間裏略顯侷促，陽台夠大，舒適，遺憾的是碰上連日陰雨，陽台的優勢大減。總之還是一家相當不錯的酒店！

Goede prijs-/kwaliteitsverhouding. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers ok, rustig gelegen. Neem bij voorkeur twin beds, want de zogenaamd grote tweepersoons bedden vallen niet erg groot uit. En hebben een te klein dekbed wat niet breder is dan het bed zelf. Ontbijt prima en uitgebreid, maar niet veel keuze voor wie een west-Europees ontbijt wil. Het assortiment is blijkbaar vooral gericht op Turkse gasten.

The Hotel is very clean, cozy and quiet while it sits very close to Sirkeci main road and tram stop. excellent location for walking around. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Umit and the lady at breakfast. The rooms are cozy, well designed with very comfortable beds and perfectly working AC ;) excellent value for money. highly recommended.

There is nothing bad that can be said about this hotel - clean, modern, comfortable and in a fantastic location. The staff - Jam and the rest of the team - are certainly among the best we have ever encountered. Very friendly, extremely helpful and courteous at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a fantastic time here, and if you are thinking of booking this hotel you will not be disappointed. Absolutely excellent!!!!

Super nice hotel in a great location. Close to transit so you can easily go to the European or Anatolian side while also close to the haigasofia, blue mosque, grand bazaar, etc. there are also a lot of cute stationary art stores around this area. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable for someone who normally has back issues while travelling! And to top it off, they have a really good free breakfast with traditional Turkish mezes. Loved it here! Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel for such a wonderful stay and your warm hospitality!

A small hotel, but the location is excellent-close to the center on foot and, at the same time, on a quiet street-sleep well. The reception staff speaks many languages, including Russian and Ukrainian. There is no discrimination on the basis of nationality, which does them honor in our time. You are welcomed around the clock as family. They help with luggage, treat tea, delicious coffee and sweets. I have traveled half the world, a very critical client) and I can say with all responsibility that despite the small size of the room, and other minor inconveniences in the room, I will prefer this hotel to all luxury hotels in Istanbul only because of their reception. Great guys! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean, quiet, calm, delicious, though not abundant breakfasts, friendly staff in the restaurant. People are trying from the heart and it shows. Thank them very much!
